The Cormorants (1 of 4)

The cormorant is a large water bird with black plumage. It has a wingspan of about 100 centimeters form the Ussuri River region of Siberia and the northern-east region of China fly spend about five months in Kinmen; they do not embark on their return journey to the breeding grounds until April the following year.
The cormorant is equipped with webbed feet, a strong bill, easily wet-able feathers and a special flexible pouch on its throat, making the bird an efficient catcher of fish. Highly gregarious, the cormorants like to feed and roost in large numbers. They also fly in line formations. Every year the entertaining antics and sheer number of these birds attract many visitors, both domestic and abroad, to Kinmen.

Cormorants are amzing as well as beautiful birds. I know..they ma not be "beautiful" in how people define "beauty" but..i sometimes feel i do not fit being a human ...that simple. Basically..I see these birds as wonderful ...they work together to survive and do their best for their young. The sequoia cormorants in the desert areas (Gulf Sea) -- live a tough life but have learned over ages to do the best they can. they are GREAT fishers and wonderful family birds.
Yes.. it is easy to think there are "too many" ...but NO
NO. They just happen- like many birds -to fly together. It is how they survive. It is how they live.
They are worthy of being seen as great as they are... like all birds...all species.
It is so easy to dismiss or not like any one who SEEMS to be ...???
ANY "seems to be.." situations or ways of life or life.. is as it says SEEMS TO BE. NOT...ARE
If humans were more intelligent they would learn how to see this difference. Many people do care... but those who don't are cold monsters.
I love and am am grateful to the people who love and have empathy for all.

This cormorant eats trotte 10 per day,multiplies by 1000 cormorants in few years emptying a lake,or a lagoon,do something,before it is too late,send hunters to eliminate a good number,i am for nature,but when there is something that should not be what I say.
