The management at Ginsoy as far as I know are usually open to feedback - so pls do have a chat with the team and that goes for any restaurant as the hospitality industry thrives on feedback and I am sure they will take necessary steps to rectify the issues as it will ultimately help improve the quality of our desi restaurants.
