BPL card is always fraud since independence, I request all the state Govts to cancel all BPL cards to those people who r under privileged and issue a,new cards who r really poor. Please set the guidelines and follow strictly, Not for the Votes😊
God will never forgive if Congress cancels BPL card. If the rice ration and 2000 rupees are not given then the poor should use it for medical treatment and school fees.
