Monet and Luna are the only characters that know they're on Gossip Girl, if that makes sense. Like you could place them in the original GG and they'd fit right in. The rest are on a totally different show.
The actress makes the character lovable. It's not like she is evil. The last ep especially made her one of my faves on the show. She's also STUNNING! LIKE WTF
