Only Telltale can make me care about a fictional character so deeply that anything to do with them or their death makes me start crying again - even YEARS after the fact. It literally feels like a real person has died. I can't see Lee's name without tearing up.
+LordofFullmetal You and me both, man. I think why Lee was such a great character for everyone was because he was everyone. Not literally of course, but think about it. On your main playthrough, you made choices based on what you felt was right in the situation. In essence, most dialogue options and choices resemble what you would say, or at least remotely say, or do in those situations. The reason why we all love Lee and mourned his passing was because he mimicked our decisions and options. My Lee did what he thought was morally right, was more of a father figure to Clem (only sharing optimism rather than a harsh truth), and never let what the world had turned to jeopardize his humanity...even in the end. I know others who's Lee was the hardcore survivor, doing what they could for themselves or for their group, and preferred to give Clem harsh words then kindness, as if to prepare her for the world more. I think that's why we all miss Lee, in essence, he was us. :(
telltalegames work so well and they let you decide weather you cry or not, weather you choose to like the character or not, whether to drink the bleach after lee dies ECT

This is the music I listen to when I drink whiskey straight, have the house to myself, and just need a few moments to just feel sad and alone. This makes me feel emotional pain. It reminds me of all the sadness in my life. Salvadore, my grandmother, failures. Everything. When I feel nothing, this is what I listen to.

I think what hurts us the most about these games is we feel like we did something wrong and that we could have done more so matter what you choose you always feel you could have done something and when a character is hurt or in danger you just want to help them you want to save them but in the end were powerless

As you can see in his yellow eyes, his jaundiced skin, in and out of consciousness, loss of muscle coordination, fever set in - wildfire virus was in full blown infection. Amputation works, it just needs to be done quickly enough. Like herschel amputation in season 3 TV series, an amputation needs to be immediate within minutes. Not a protracted decision.

and so your faced with a moral dilemma. Have clem kill you to prepare her for killing humans and loved ones, like Jane(if you choose to go with her), or watch Gabe die, (if you go down that rabbit hole in the third season of the game). or to keep clem's innocence and have her leave you to turn, either decision is not selfish or harms her in anyway. Rip lee, Rip Jane, and Rip Gabe (again if you go there).
Isaacfess s03 sucks because of how they killed off Kenney it was a straight forward bad writing you don't just kill off the second longest character like that because you don't have the energy to put a story line that is plausible if they kept his status unknown like crista I could live with that but how he died that is just bad season.
