I just posted on another comment I know they live in another country but do you have to have training and a license to do makeup? Or just hair. I worked at a high end spa a few years back and they would ask me for help doing makeup at times but I know for a fact she had a hair cutting certification. I can't see how this is legal a 15 yr old could do better after watching one UA-cam tutorial
