ive been doing this since fist facet patch. most efficient build i found is sb>agh>echo, after that its situational.
the reason is, you wont be bashing peoples early game with your rightclick early game so you wont need that echo yet. sb is for hunting & attack speed, scepter is to quickly add your damage. by lvl 18 if you already have scepter, basically you can have 80% fist and finger uptime. best nc item for this combo is grove bow, defiant shell

Holy, while i enjoy your content, just want to give you some advice:
i ONLY play lion mid with Fist option. I have probably more than 200 games mid. Not having blink is criminal. Getting echo sabre is a waste of an item slot. Sure the OG MEME started with echo sabre and harpoon but heres the REAL 6 Slot lion:
BLINK-> Orchids - > Hyperstone/Bloodthorn. From here you branch into shadowblade then Silveredge if you NEED the break mechanic or more survivability. If you dont need it, you go moonshard into 2nd moonshard. Once you have enough money, eat 1 moonshard, make Daedalus.
Insert BKB at any time if you're a pussy. Most games I refrain from it.
Final 6 items should look like:
Str/Agility Blink
Boots of Travel 2
Moonshard
Daedalus
Silveredge
BloodThorne
Eat 1 shard. Eat aghs.
If somehow you have t5 and u have pirate hat option, you can easily sub moonshard for BKB, OR another item for damage or escape like windwaker.
You can get full 700 attack speed with eating moonshard, 2 moon shards in inventory. But you will sacrifice some damage. But who cares with infinite scaling damage.
FYI blood Thorne is probably most important item for lion, let alone your team.
Its like doing Echo Sabre for Nyx, its pretty bad

Hey, im sorry if im not updated in dota, but last time i played dota is in around 7.01b, how can you have 5000+ hp on lion, meanwhile none of your items are strengh focused items?
