AEW have been really creative with their battle royal finishes. Darby winning is cool too. Big Bill and Brian Cage do need to team more though they have chemistry together

Aside from Shawn Spears and Wardlow, have we ever seen a singles match against Luchasaurus that wasn't David vs. Goliath? We saw Luchasaurus vs. Jack Perry twice last year.
And we've seen Darby wrestle guys like Samoa Joe, Buddy Murphy, and Billy Gunn.
It's going to be a David & Goliath match...the only interesting thing about it will be the winner and maybe the finish. Otherwise it's a match we've all seen before and not that exciting.

Man, this whole match was crazy,. You had Nick Wayne with some friendly foes on one side, and Darby Allin vs. the world on the other. He got rocked 90% of the match, nobody wanted him to be on his third TNT run in that ring. it was awesome.

Also, his segments on tv are consistently lower than most of the other segments on tv. People change the channel when he is own. He has been shoved down our throats every week. And you want him to have the championship longer.

Dude is almost 40, 160 pounds, and supposedly has an injured hand, back, and knee. When he beats people week in and week out, it doesn’t make him look strong, it makes his opponents look weak. You’re telling me Lance Archer, Swerve Strickland, etc. can’t beat a 160 pound man with an injured hand, back, and knee? Plus his finisher is done with his hand? It makes no sense.

Can we just see a triple-tag match with The Embassy Vs Sting, Darby, and Wayne for the ROH Trios Championship that would be a fire match 🔥🔥🔥
Creative finish, but it would be nice to see Swerve beat Darby in at least one of these matchups they have against each other. Swerve has one of the best (and most underrated) heel managers on his side plus a very intimidating trio in the ROH 6 man champs backing him up. They're not using this faction the best way imo. Plus it would've been good to have Hager win this match for example because he and Luchasaurus faced off in the early days of AEW, but they never went anywhere with that.

But he is 18. And he isn’t impressive. He does everything the other flippy people do. Now if he can learn how to talk, tell a story, entertain, etc. then he will be somebody. He has a long way to go.
