According to Darius, good morals are to serve for the nation and to never be a coward, so in a way, Darius is doing good things: Good things according to Noxus. In our human life we know that e.g isis is doing evil things, but they themselves think it's for the greater good. "Good deeds" is subjective. Riot perfectly abuses this in their stories.

Well Garen and Katarina fell in love on the battlefield, probably because they simply couldn't kill eachother. Somehow there was a connection between them, and whatever they tried, none of them could inflict griveous wounds on the other.
They will eventually, but Void will tie the Universe lore to a close, atleast the "base universe" if that makes sense. What comes after might be seen as "expansions"

Two things got into my mind from this new story. 1st The Zaunite weapon they are talking I think somehow connected to Ambessa Medarda visit in Arcane. 2nd maybe Quill son was Darius's own and quill going to tell at the last moment.
No. Not soon, eventually, but not within the next yr/2 more than likely (I love the void personally and it makes me sad that it's last on the list for lore) ;-; they haven't revamped noxus' lore yet (which I imagine they'll do it with swain cuz they didn't do it with Kayn -.-) , they haven't revamped the non-vastaya-Ionian lore yet (which I assume is next with the irelia rework that comes after swain's), then the frejlord (still so much unanswered, so much that isn't/is cano nit's confusing), and then we have bandle city. Bandle city might come before frejlord but no one knows for sure... but the void is for sure going to be last, probably with the release of the Anti-Aurelean Sol champion. (because that would be the best time for it)
Those Biography stories are still liable for massive changes, why are we pretending like it's still canon? I get that the lore itself isn't totally outdated like many other champions, but (for example) neither is Ziggs' old lore. Yet after that comic was released it makes you question the reliability of even old bio stories that could still function as canon.

How did people discover how to unleash the spear of vengeance (Kalista) on people and is she bound by the black mist or harrowing like the others? The process of naming somone three times while nailing a voodoo of them to your door, then stabbing yourself with the black spear doesn’t sound like somone totally stumbled on it. Again thanks to that other guy whom I don’t want to try to spell out the name of for helping me think of how it may have spread via stories, but it still leaves the question of how it was origionally discovered. If you don’t have an answer that is fine Necrit and maybe at that point we could get a story for halloween on how it happened.
it's obviously something we can only guess on, I'd say though that it's a little bit like in our medieval age where lots of rituals n' stuff were quite common and passed on, but only some of them work (why not everyone does it)
As a Vel'koz main, I say depends on how you play. Xerath's Q is very op early game on Vel'Koz. While Vel'Koz's damage is mostly dependent on his passive, you will have to play super safe and get your w to be able to trade damage. That's early game, now as for late game, they are both basically even. Since Vel and Xerath both have a cc (stun and knock up) and one of them manages to land that cc, it's pretty much GG EZ at that point (of course that can depend on build too but i don't think that matters much).
