The Upside headband was just style. We were doing that before Rondo even made the NBA back in like '99-2002. It was swag back then....or having the logo to the back of your head. Jadakiss popularized in some of his music videos during that time.

Last year was the first season that the rule went into affect but now they can wear any color shoes. Does not have to match their jersey.
