오늘 따라만들어봤어요! 단거 못드시는분 참고하세요! 저는 너무 단거는 싫어하고 적당히 달달한거를 좋아해서 설탕60g, 흑설탕 160g 각각 10g씩 줄여서 넣고 커버춰도 깔리바우트59% 140g만 넣어서 만들었어요 근데 제 입에는 너무너무 심하게 달았어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 설탕맛밖에 안나요... 설탕량 절반은 줄여야 적당히 달달할것 같아요 그리고 저는 디오스광파오븐인데 쿠킹트리님이랑 똑같이 구웠더니 완전 안 익어서 흐물텅거리길래 10분 추가로 구웠더니 겉바속눅으로 됐어요! 참고하세용~~

You'll get a much prettier cookie if you put those top chocolate pieces AFTER you take them out of the oven, pressing in to the cookie while its still warm. Also, make sure you chill your baking pan with the dough on it before you put them in the oven. You want to make sure theyre both at the same temperature otherwise youre sticking a room temp pan with chilled dough on it and theyre not baking evenly. Thats why youre getting those dark brown ring like crusts on the bottoms because its baking at a hotter temp than the rest of the cookie. Not criticism at all just some tips. Im pro pastry chef and cookies are my thing 😋 Im absolutely LOVING the double dark sugar thing though! I need to try that!!

Try replacing the butter with coconut oil, the brown sugar with coconut sugar, and the flour with almond flour (maybe the egg with peanut/almond butter by only if you like the taste) and don’t add the extra chocolate, I’m not sure of the exact calories but I’m pretty sure it’s less. Or if you don’t like any of these substitute ingredients you can look up healthy alternatives to them, I hope this is helpful!

흑설탕만 사용해도 만들 수는 있지만 흑설탕만 사용할 경우 흑설탕은 갈색설탕보다 맛이 더 진하고 무거운 느낌이라 식감과 맛 차이가 날 수 있을 것 같아요~
