this is ez to make and only cost a few dollars to do and most of the time you can go to home depot or menards and ask if they have scrap pipe or wood they are throwing out and get free most of the parts
I don't understand how you are suppossed to get different sizes of rings with a mandrel with no taper. What if you wanted to make a ring that was smaller than the mandrel? Or did I totllay miss the purpose of the smaller cylinder?
Hello, thanks for this great video,,,I would like to know what kind of "anticlastic bender" are you using to archieve the anticlastic form? thanks in advance for your help
Hi tonya thanks,,,sorry that I dont' understant,,,my question is: can you make "anticlastic and synclastic" forms with this bender?thanks for your help
No. You must make your anticlastic or synclastic shape first and then you can use the tool to shape it. You can also use it to reshape it if you are doing a repair etc
Hi Mary - you can purchase this tool at www.potterusa.com. It is called the Potter Bender www.potterusa.com/index.php?id_product=396&controller=product

Great tutorial, please keep posting. Amazing bracelets that you have created!
OK a few pieces of PVC pipe, a block of wood, a couple of bolts and wing nuts, you have a bender for $5.
Tonya, Your artwork is very beautiful.
Will this work on thicker stainless bracelets up to 1/8” thick?

Good
How about a pasta machine?
I guess not!! She's using soft metal and bending it with her fingers!!!
Marsha Washington the metal is sterling 18g. The tool acts as a fulcrum for leverage and yes her fingers are strong.
Nice, I'll make one! Check out my bracelets outta stainless weld wire, you've given me alot of ideas
Where can you find this machine I have looked everywhere ?????
It would be a great tutorial if you didn’t sound so very far away. The sound is very difficult to hear.
Please note that these videos are very old. We did the best we could with the technology available. At the time it was well regarded.
