Much better performance. Of course there are mistakes. We are in the 5th tier of football. We have overcome the inevitable errors to win the last 3 games having gone behind. A long time since we had a team that simply never gave up. #COYB
Because so far this season, we've played 8 games, there's been 37 goals overall in those games, 13 of them have come in the 80th minute or later, all 8 of our games have had at least one goal in the 80th minute or later and in 7 of our 8 games, there's been goals in the 80th minute or later that have had an impact on the result (with the exception of Fylde away where it was 1-4 going into the 80th minute and they scored in the 86th minute, but it didn't have an impact on the actual result because it ended 2-4). So yeah, it's always been very nervous so far lmao.
Can we talk about the desire to get back from 5 of them when we have the ball away for that first chance. GK brilliant stop but without the tracking back they have a tap in. Much better performance, just need to have a bit more communication at the back. Berry doing well, Mandy great at RWB, Jones is JONES!!
Mate he was sandwiched by two of the defenders who both came across him obvious pen. And after watching berry for 2 years at Macc one thing for sure is he doesn’t go down easily
Player on the cover doesn’t make contact with him until he trips over, looks like the contact with the front footed defender was minimal. Just unconvinced that he would award that penalty to Dagenham in the same situation. I’m a Barnet fan so hoping there isn’t too much ref bias this season with Chesterfield being one of the juggernauts
