A lot of the time, I find myself using Flame Breath in neutral. Usually it someone gets hit by it, they will either try to jump away, airdodge, or absorb it if they are News of Lucas. Also Bowser Bomb near ledge is a good way to catch high recoveries. These are a few things I wanted to add.

I solo main bowser and watched to see if i hadn't figured something out yet and i find it hilarious the only thing i didnt know you could buffer jump. I feel stupid lol. Really great guide in my opinion keep it up

Sometimes I do bowsers recovery up B because it hits multiple times that’s why I use it a lot

Great vid. One killer move you forgot to mention is using Down B as an edge guard. If you Bowser Bomb very close to the edge but not all the way and time it correctly, you will usually break their shield or spike them (yes, it has a spike hitbox) at a 45 degree angle down for an instant kill

Wow I started maining him before you did just because he’s real good online. This guide is gonna get me to elite smash hopefully. Cause right after I get to 6,600,000 I lose and go way down and then I have to win a whole lot of times in a row to get back.

Have you made it to elite with Bowser yet? I got within 30,000 gsp to the doorways of elite but then had a losing streak and now I'm back to around 6,700,000 😭😭😂
ps, you can do grounded down b at ledge, if your opponent is on the ledge and they jump from ledge, it can spike. If they do neutral get up, it will hit them. If you do it a bit late and they can shield, down b is a shield break move. The only safe option is to roll.

TooCozy oh yeah, I forgot to mention. If they catch on that you use down b at ledge, you can mix it up and b reverse down b, or go a bit closer to the ledge, and land on them while they are on the ledge as well.

I love bowser. Biggest downfall I would say is being juggled and getting off the ledge. Otherwise. By far the best heavy in the game at lower high tier

Bowser main here, upthrow -> up-b is true at low-mid percents and will do the most damage of any possible throw follow up. As long as the final hit connects and you immediately fast fall, your opponent will not be able to counterattack. Risky if you miss, but as long as you haven’t staled up b too much it’s optimal for damage

Up throw can actually combo into Up B, which can do more damage if you get all of the hits. I suggest that you don't go for this because of you miss you are screwed.

just saying "tough guy" only works for a few moves (mostly jabs and some weak projectiles).
ANOTHER thing bowser has is super armor on all tilts and smashes.

not sure, i think side B might be too strong for tough guy to work but i havent really checked

When is a good time to use his nair, it just feels punishable on literally anything?
i like to do it after a ledge jump, and to also cover some ledge getup options like roll. its very punishable so u have to mix it up with other aerials and tomahawks to make it more efficient!

How are you doing the grab where he spins or just throws them off the edge? Brand new to smash, coming from SF/MK/UMVC3
im not exactly sure what u are referring to but bowser has a regular grab by tapping the “Z” button. after getting a grab he can launch them up, down, forward or back. by tapping the analog stick in that direction. he also has a command grab which is his Side B, you do it by tapping the analog stick either left or right, and the B button at the same time! the command grab is where he jumps high up and comes down with a body slam lol
