Guys, please be careful when purchasing OnePlus products. They kill the buds when a upgraded version is about to be launched. Almost everyone started facing battery life issues after the final firmware update for OnePlus Buds Pro. The service center denied me service during warranty saying liquid damage. I had to file a consumer grievance against OnePlus and go after them on Twitter and FB to get help because I was 100% sure there's no liquid damage. They finally picked my device up after about 6 months (out of warranty) and replaced it with Buds Pro 2. I had to fight to get justice! I am sure all of your buds have the same issue. They killed it with software uodate. You guys need to collaborate and collectively file consumer grievance to bring this to the attention of the authorities.

I have OnePlus nord 2 and i use my samsung galaxy buds edition 1 with it. It does not have these many settings but it supports galaxy wearable app. They work well but there are some issues. Is there any chance i can replace them with buds pro?

A man in Rajasthan died after his bluetooth earphones(both) exploded while he was using them. In detail, bluetooth earphones have Li-ion batteries with another receiver which has the tendency to heat up. There have been 100s of cases of explosion of these earphones but first time a man dies.
After 1.5 years of use the battery in the buds barely lasts 20 mins. Went to service centre, they said nothing can be done. I even offered to pay for new battery but no. Left me high n dry. Found out many PPL suffering from it.Very bad..
