it's surprising how much meat AND focus a 112 has in a track. It was every bit as good as a 412. The 212 was too scooped and had some weird frequencies that you wouldn't want.
@@jp_is_out_of_tune interesting thing about the low pass on a cab like that, you end up left with that weird low mid “airiness” if you go too hard on it! I played an oversized Mesa open back 112 the other day and I kid not, that thing sounded better than any 412 I’ve owned, save for the Soldano with Legend v12s in it

I was also impressed with the 1x12, was not expecting such a huge sound. The Engl is very "Engl", maybe a low pass filter would help!
