Hey I know this is off topic but it came to me(this is considering Minecraft prisons), if you make the prisoner wait 6 minutes before making them respawn in the cell, they can’t smuggle in items, the same could go at every stage of the kill check process.
this seems very fun, i want to try this sometime

Yo the most inescapable prison is one bedrock block in a hole that leads to the void and when ever the prisoner respwans he falls into that block boom impossible escape
