Το Γαλαξείδι Φωκίδας από ψηλά - Traditional village, Galaxidi - Fokida, drone video

Galaxidi, is a town and a former municipality in the southern part of Phocis, Greece. Until the late 19th century, Galaxidi had a sizeable merchant marine fleet and was a prosperous commercial centre. This is reflected in the size and style of the local buildings. Preservation of the traditional architecture has facilitated the growth of tourism in recent decades.
Το Γαλαξίδι (ή Γαλαξείδι) είναι παραθαλάσσια κωμόπολη της περιοχής Παρνασσίδας του νομού Φωκίδας και υπάγεται στο διευρυμένο Δήμο Δελφών. Βρίσκεται στη βόρεια ακτή του Κορινθιακού κόλπου και συγκεκριμένα στη δυτική πλευρά του κόλπου της Ιτέας. Είναι αρκετά γνωστό για τη ναυτιλία που είχε αναπτύξει τον προηγούμενο αιώνα καθώς και για τη γραφικότητα του.
