Pretty sure Quantum has to already knows that Xerath ult is a 45% AP ratio which is close to 50 so you can think of every 2 Ults as 1.0 which is insane because you get 5 shots at 16 which means it's 250% with R alone. That is more than many champions full kits!!
lux is honestly trash mid, if they gave her better scaling than just having a low cd ult she might be more fun and better. but they’d have to give some compensation nerfs to lux support obviously.
As an (mostly) adc main, when pekin said that supp matters more than adc, i felt that. He is absolutely right! A good support makes or breakes botlane especially early game
