How to carry items with one hand

Hi Welcome to Chiara's One-Handed Life
In today's video, I thought I could give you some tips on how to carry items with one hand as sometimes it can be a struggle if you have a lot of items to carry.
some of you may struggle with this as Hemiplegia and cerebral palsy affects everybody differently. So don't be discouraged if you can't do it the first time I'm sure you will be able to find a way. I hope this helps and I Hope you enjoy the video.

hi didnt you have botox injection in your hand too try to relax it a little to allow you to use it? just wondering how that worked. thanks and have a good day from the USA

Hi thank you for your comment. Yes I do have Botox injections in my arm. I’ve been having since I was about 11 years old and they are to relax the muscles but they are not to regain movement. this is just to relax the muscles and to make my arm in a more comfortable position for me as my muscles are very tight in my arm.

@@ChiarasOneHandedLife thank you so much for answering. are you close to having an injection?? it would be interesting to see what movement or control of your affected arm and hand before the injection and the after affect on hoe it relaxes the arm hand and fingers. thanks again 🙂
