Unless you rushed the game, didn't pay attention, sided with PKs, and tried to save lawan instead of doing the literal point of the game, so you then think the game is trash and choices don't matter.. Thats not me tho. Love this game the more I play it.
I just didn’t care about Mia. Why would I give a shit about saving a person that wasn’t even with my sister + she had no chances to begin with. Although I rushed on making the choice of saving Lawan (I practically gave up on the story at that point) I see how the game literally has a huge bias towards the survivors (they were needy assholes, yet you need to pick them in most choices to save everyone) But what I said was just the story, the rest of the game is a masterpiece to remember.
@@asarngae438 you are supposed to care about Mia because Aiden does, whether or not you cared for her its undeniable that the twist at the end of the game revealing Mia isnt your sister ruins it and makes the entire journey feel pointless
I can't describe how magical this track is. It encompasses hope, sadness, beauty and desolation at the same time. When it started playing in the first house we come across with Spike during the prologue I knew right away that this game is going to be something special. Drinking beers with Spike, looking at the dying light (sunset) which is beautiful but at the same time reminds you about the monsters that come out during the night and the horrible world you live in...I spent solid 15 minutes just chilling to this track. It also plays during other important, dramatic story moments. Ah, Dying Light 2 - it was really worth the wait. So far I have beaten the game 2 times, 160 hours in. The game has some issues (probably all will be fixed in a rather short time) but will definitely be one of the best games I have ever played.
Everytime I hear this song. It makes me cry a lot. My mum sadly died in 2020. She died in her sleep. I cried a lot. I wish I could be with her in heaven. Wish I could.
When this track started playing in the big house I felt it from top to toe, I got so sad while wandering in that house seeing the dead bodies and how they choose to off themselves and having that beer while watching the sunset really got me. It felt sad and yet alitle at peace like the dead ones are at peace and us depressed cause we are trying to survive in a world gone to sh!t
This is never gonna happen in the real life, because our almighty one GOD brotect us from those satanism organazitions who talking abut peace and health and rights but in the fact they are so far from it, i mean the W.H.O and H.R.O they are evils dont belive westerns media never
I love that zombie apocalypse atmosphere because of feeling loneliness and empties, sadness and hopeless. And this one song make it more atmospheric. I can feel it in some moments of the game and I'd love there some more of it
This hit different when you met the peacekeeper that helped you in the tunnels, then you had to defend the elevator only to find out she turned. I forgot her name but I don’t think I’ll forget the moment

This song makes me think about Crane, and then It just makes me so sad. Aiden Caldwell and crane would’ve been the perfect duo, and it’s crazy to think about how crane would’ve turned out if he stayed alive and became a pilgrim like Aiden or just made it to villedor
Idk why but this song literally gives me chills everytime i hear it its so peaceful if you listen it along with the headphone while watching the sunset it will make you think about everything once again thank you so much dying light 2 ❤

this reminds me of the music when i had to kill hakon i went up and looted him to snag something to remember him by and aiden just said "rest in peace hakon." when i grabbed his watch and something like this kicked in i crouched there for an hour and a half mourning
No idea why people had a go by calling the storyline weak and worthless. I absolutely loved the ride this game gave us. I sided with the PK's because I was sick of the Bazaar and Renegades. In times like these law and order is needed to maintain society and civilization. If not, people will descend into anarchy and the human race will fade away, like devolution in a sense. As a grown 33 year old man I was choked up at the ending, but when Aitor sent his aid to help you when you get trapped and seeing their outcome...the minute the voice actor spoke about Aitors friend in the moment, I was pretty much in tears. I didn't feel this way in Dying Light 1, but this game really got me in the feels.
The story is its weakest point. It's a bit rushed towards the end, and they give you the option to really rush it, if you don't mind screwing up your game world canonically. That being said, it's not a bad story. And people calling the game trash probably rushed through it or didn't play it at all
Im not a very emotional person didnt cried to any sad movies or something like that but that game the story i loved it and this game got me in the feelings too
There was a point that this music started playing as I was leaving the Metro at the Central Loop. I stopped what I was doing and went to the first safe place I could find. That happened to be the roof of a bus stop, just ten or fifteen feet above the street. My arrival caught the attention of some infected, but they couldn't reach me. So I just... crouched down and stared at the night sky. And it was something else. I watched the stars and listened to the music, and I couldn't help but think about everything that had happened to that point. All the things that happened, the people that died, that didn't need to. Dylan... Birdie/Nathan... Alberto... Anderson... Carl... Aitor's team... Rowe and the 404th... and all the people who can be heard screaming, every single night. All the lives lost when Aiden *isn't* there to save them. I just thought about it all, with the infected groaning and trying to reach up at me from just a few feet below. I wondered if Humanity could be saved, if there was any point left to fighting. It was... a strange moment, but a powerful one.
This is a fucking gem of a song. I just stayed on top of the church watching the horizon thinking about what I'm doing in my real life, after we let Lawan kill Hakon.
