ESTRANGULAMENTO NORTE/SUL COM LAPELA
1.Controlo meu oponente por cima na norte/sul, pensando e abrindo minha base;
2. Não dando certo chave reta de braço, retiro minha lapela e entrego para minha outra mão;
3. envolvo o pescoço do oponente sem deixar de pesar buscando com minha mão livre o quadril dele do lado oposto da lapela;
4. estrangulo pensando ou faço giro para aumentar a pressão.

1. I control my opponent from above in the north/south, thinking and opening my base;
