Sir not to discourage you but as far i can see through video everything is mot right u have white feces issue i might be wrong.. but do chek it..if required change water thsts the only plussible solution

No such things so far I have identified, for any single spots or marks on their body I send them in lab to get it check. It may looks like this but no diseases
