Looks awesome. Actually, you can drill/cut small holes in those ceiling-element to put the cables through it. We did the same thing in our office.

I would have to paint the walls in one of the rooms a pale sage. I could not do the same color through the whole house like you have I think it’s white or slightly off-white. There some clip you can use that snap in your suspension ceilling with a bolt on them , perfect for overhead or go pro in your case. For the wire routing I did 3d print my own that snap in , I did not find any comercial stuff.
