In Islam if there is place that no Islam and conquer by Islam army
Then the people that not Islam,have 3 choice
1.being Muslim,so they don't have to pay anything
2.pay the jizyah (tax) for protection
So after they pay it,that people land,home,item and life will be protected
No Muslim can bother them,and if there is Muslim that kill person that already paying the jizyah
That Muslim 100% will be in the hell,it is crime
Except if the not Muslim people paying jizyah (tax) but those people do a crime against (sharia) law
