There are x2 red dots one is for teleporter I wanted to show where that is also :) and I start going from teleporter so you can just fallow along as I enter the building. Btw this is probably the best 1h weapon before you join the faction and upgrade some faction specific weapon to level 2 or 3. Also you can add dmg modifications like fire or poison (berserker), energy (clerics), bleed (outlaws). Other modifications don't work or are not wort it.

finding this sword by accident was a real gamer changer for me - it made fights much more manageable

found this location by mistake i just looted some items that close the door included the sword i couldn't go deeper :)
With antitoxin, it's possible to lool everything in few runs. The sword is awesome I used it for a long time in my playthrough.
