Just watched couple of Asad sab video's for the first time, they are amazing and just here to tell him that he's good enough, JUST only thing is to please not to say "something like that yeah" and "Something like this" again and again. Rest all is perfect.
P.S: Alot of prayers for him and his students who are showing a lot of confidence for the first time at front desk, It is really nice to see people improving in weak parts, whether its a language or anything else.

I think you are misguiding these young people. There is absolutely no need to speak like native English speakers. Look at the example of pashto speaking people in KPK. Every pashto speaking that goes to school can speak perfect urdu but with a heavy pashto accent. Today pashtoons are at the top in bureaucracy whether civil or in armed forces with the same pashto accent. Accent is due to conditioning of the vocal cords at a young age and nothing can be done to change your vocal cords later in life. Look at the accent of people in the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand which are totally unique and different from eachother. The best thing is to teach them good grammer and everyday English for conversation purposes which is different from written English. Don't try to mold their vocal cords please. Also teach them independent and critical thinking not rot

Most of the favourable comments are coming people having no travel history so they don't know anything about accent in the English speaking world. The instructor has absolutely no native accent and when he tries to speak like native English speaker it sounds so fake. Please try to speak good and polished English in your natural flow.

Bushra Aziz, if you sit next to driver seat with the intent to learn driving a car and go on a trip all around the world, you won't be able to achieve your required target until and unless you sit on the driver's seat and give it a shot. The same is the case in a language learning work on the skill you are weak at instead of avoiding it. Speak lots of English at first with yourself and then with some positive partner, soon you will find yourself comfortable with spoken English.
