Λέγεται ότι η Μεταμόρφωση είναι ένα από τα πιο όμορφα χωριά της Σιθωνίας στην Χαλκιδικη.
Η περιοχή είναι καταπράσινη και η παραλία είναι βραβεύεται με Γαλάζια Σημαία κάθε χρόνο. Τα σμαραγδένια νερά και η λευκή άμμος της, τα πεύκα και οι ρεματιές που την περιβάλλουν συνθέτουν ένα ειδυλλιακό σκηνικό.
Η αμμουδιά είναι μεγάλη και πεντακάθαρη και το φυσικό περιβάλλον γύρω σχεδόν παρθένο με την ενδημική πανίδα και χλωρίδα. Η παραλία είναι καλά οργανωμένη και παρέχει πρόσβαση σε άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες. Εκεί μπορείτε να επιδοθείτε σε διάφορα θαλάσσια σπορ, όπως ποδήλατο, ιστιοσανίδα, κανό κλπ.
