I drove a 69 Chevy C10 with a 350 3 speed with a floor shifter. I loved that truck. Had a few too many beers one night and brush painted it with Green floor paint. Looked really good at 50 ft. Thanks for the video 🇺🇸👍

Love old trucks. Back in June of 1997, bought a new Dodge Ram 1500, its been my daily driver for over 26 years. Just something about a good old truck. Keep up the great work. 👍
As a retired insurance agent, I can tell you that Grinnell is an excellent company at paying claims. They were always my favorite as an agent. Takes care of their agents and their insureds! Unfortunately, they are not available in SC. I carry Progressive currently. Great video!

I had a few of them 250 6 cylinders back in the day, one in a 72 nova and another in a 70 malibu wagon. Both were great engines and never had problems with them. They ran forever.
Didn’t read all the comments…..but 63’ was the first year of the non torsion front ends. 63’s are truly one year only with the later frame and front suspension and the older knee knocker cabs. As for GMC’s, the main difference is that they have rear leaf springs. Enjoyed the video!
my dad had a 64 shortbox stepside old blue plumbing truck in the 60s.he finally ripped box off and put a allis chalmers rear end in it with chains and plowed our old long driveway out in the winter.that thing was a beast but super low geared.i remember one time he had just got it going and bus dropped me off i walked up long driveway and there goes dad hanging onto a big bull with a rope bull was dragging him all over he never let go just remember him bouncing on the ground and yelling at the bull lol

Chicken go to roost at dark like most birds. You wouldn't be able to get to the eggs without waking them up and chasing them out of the roosts, plus you don't want them warming the eggs. That's why you have to do it before dark. THE MORE YOU KNOW! LOL

The magnet drain plugs actually work well for fixing a stripped out pan. I was skeptical, but has held without any leaking for several years and many miles.
As you mentioned, with a little work that old ‘65 would be a pretty nice ride. Wish I was closer! Anyway, thanks for the Great content. And, thanks for the ride, Duff appears to have approved!
Mortske, in the late '70s I bought a 64 Chevy truck from my boss. It had a 348 out of a 58 Impala w /a 3 SPD behind it. Paid $900. And drove it for about 3 years to work as a tradesman. (8 mpg) everything on it rattled.
Nice Chev truck! It's a good project for sure. And Mojo is an absolute wealth of knowledge! It's great he loves to keep tinkering and working. We all could learn a thing or two from him!

I learned to drive, (at age eleven) in a three-on-the-tree, straight six, 1966, gold-on-gold, GMC version of this truck.
