When I was 18, I was "converted" at a crusade because I wanted to go to heaven. My motive was totally selfish. I just wanted a life insurance. For 18 years I was member of some churches, attended church services, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and was baptized. However, I was self-centered, proud, and obviously living in sin. What really changed in my life was that I had a Christian circle of friends and that I took great care to keep my Christian facade clean.
I’m 70 now. Almost a year ago, I started reading the Bible, listening to sermons, and praying. One day God showed me who I really was: a sinner separated from Him. Only then did I repent of my sins and receive forgiveness in Jesus. I thank God for His grace.
Please pray for me that the same would happen to me

Trying to pull me back to the lustfulness of womens flesh which I was attuned to at the time.....I rebuke the evil one in Jesus Name!......and then I am clear from it. Thanks be to God! @@Salvation-Damnation....thank you brethren. God bless......staying and living in the word of God helps alot. His word has opened up my heart, mind and soul. Psalm 51 made me weep. We our in need of the Saviour. We don't deny we're sinners, but what makes us different is that we won't willfully fall back into our sin that kept us from fellowship with the Lord. We know how bad that sin held us down. The devil likes to tell us to run away, and we have. But the Lord says repent, be born again, take up your cross and follow him. Even tho the Devil tries to pull me back, he wont win. Its great to see brother and sisters in Christ coming together to fend the evil one off. Thank you all. I love you all. Same here! It happened one time and made me stumble but the next time it happened, I was so broken over it in my dream and I was so joyful when I woke up to realize that I didn’t actually sin. It’s really tough but we will all overcome it if we stay in the Word and persevere!

@@katherineruppelius2580 Repent of it and ask the Spirit of God to help you change that, we can do nothing by our own strength. To do the will of God we need God. I'm not gonna play the all holy one tho, I'm a hypocrite saved by grace, I have some weaknesses that I'm working on with God, but if I do stumble, I repent, get back up, and keep running the race our Lord has set right before us. So, remember to always seek God's strength to follow Him, we can't do it by our own strength

Hello Pastor, I am from the Philippines and it has been 3 years ever since I have encountered Jesus and right now I am suffering from anxiety because of thinking that I may committed the Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and it shakes my confidence in Jesus, i become overly cautious about things that I do for Jesus.. everytime I dont feel his presence whenever I pray or do devotions I always thought that my prayer/devotions wasn't sincere enough.. or sometimes whenever I feel joyful because of God's goodness I always thought that it was just my emotions.. so I struggle to believe that God really called me and sometimes I feel like I am just seeking Jesus on my own strength even though I know that it is the Holy Spirit that is in work in me that has put the hungerness and eagerness to know Jesus... This preaching helped me a lot in battling of my anxious thought about my assurance in Jesus. I am praying for my complete healing in my mental health and spiritual life. May God continue to bless u and your ministry.

I needed everything mentioned in this sermon. Despair from the enemy cost me ten or so years I’ll never get back. I won’t be a worn out old punching bag for the enemy anymore. My thoughts and feelings are just things happening in my brain and thank God he is so much bigger and more powerful over what goes on in my head. Thoughts are not reality brothers and sisters. Only the Word is true. Capture every thought that pops up in your mind and do a TSA passenger check. Pat down, x-ray it all and screen it through scripture and if it doesn’t pass, it’s a lie from the enemy.
Wow Tim than you. I've been a skydiver for 23 years. I've lost 42 buddies to the sport. It's amazing putting your trust in His hands living on "the edge of life and death". I was flying a wingsuit across the sky and my sinuses were so plugged. I pulled my chute, my body was crooked leaning left of horizon. My chute did an off heading opening opposite causing a major line twist. So twisted it wrapped up my risers front and back locking my head forward. My chute then started a death spiral diving to earth or ground, pulling hard G forces. I went for my cutaway handle and the twists had it locked solid. I pulled so hard it was pulling my rig off my back. My heart was beating through my chest. I felt such fear and screamed out to GOD!!! What happened was the most impossible thing. A canopy cannot on twist itself because it's locked in that position. Yet after I screamed is name it all went quiet, as I locked up at my chute I watched it slowly move to the opposite angle and un spun itself out. I was then drenched in sweat and exhausted from adrenaline. I flew it back to earth, removed my wingsuit and sat a while thanking God. At some point I remembered after calling on God there was the laughter of angels saying, " we had you the second you called His name. Oh God. You have been watching me my whole life. Let me now tell those you send to me of the Love you are to us all. Holy Holy Holy!!@ Is Thou Art God!!! Amen

22 strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said.
Psalm 38, 39 and 40. These chapters are very reassuring for the Christian who has massively failed. I've have felt as though I have been chewed up and spat out by the Devil himself. I have sinned more times than the number of hairs on my head (as a Christian alone) but God has ever more grace.

Maybe you can show him where it says we must be born again, Helen? And to call no man Father but our Father in heaven. No one ever witnessed to me & all born again Christians I did see as a Catholic seemed like hypocritical zealots, so proceed with caution. Those spirits of legalism, ritualism, tradition and works don't leave easily. My whole family is lost. Nothing I can say penetrates. I'm praying the Catholic church finally gets exposed and all are freed. Unless and until your boyfriend is out and born again, it would be wise not to marry. I know now Catholism is a false religion and basically a cult rife with idolatry which is an open door for demonic entities to come into your life through him. I pray you can enlighten him. I'm a quadriplegic paralyzed in bed for 13yrs now. One day satan sent in my life a girl he knew my weakness. When she came I was on cloud 9 she gave me hopes and dreams of getting married Living a normal life. God knew and wanted to finally save me. One day she couldn't take it and just left. I was heartbroken I had a choice either go with the devil or go with God. I knew God let it happen. I chose God and my life changed. He showed me theres more to this life than what I thought. And I'm happy it happened or I wouldn't have broken down to God and asked him to save me. I could fall a sleep just opening the Bible before but now I could just sit hours with my study Bible or read books by old preachers, watching sermons.I don't find anything interesting now than spending time with God. Even my accident couldn't break me I was a very bad person when I used to walk.
I'm sorry about what you went through with the girl, ouch! Love can be so painful. I'm glad you're in a much better place now, and you're so close to the Lord. Suffering does that for us; I'm grateful. Because of an illness that keeps me in plenty of pain and housebound, I've spent some time watching videos of Joni Eareckson Tada, who you might know of since she has been a quadriplegic for more than 50 years. Maybe you've seen her videos too. She has helped me a lot with my attitude about suffering. I wish you all the very best, and I'm so glad you are in the Lord and will someday have a glorified body and walk again, yay!
Forgot to mention another important part for someone that so love the scriptures! Gal. 2, especially verse 20. It does not prove to anyone that I am saved and born again, but it's because no one can prove it to anyone else but to yourself!!!

Mike Winger did a video on anger that helped me a lot. One piece of advice that helped the most was to pray for the people we feel anger toward. It works, especially if you consistently do it whenever you feel it.😊

AMEN! For me too. It is for all Christian's. Like Conner said: it is normal, that is why we must have TRUTH in our brain. EPHESIANS 6:10-20 Thank you , Connor. GOD'S WORD warns us to be aware of the schemes of the devil. To know our identity in CHRIST and stand on it in faith in GOD. JESUS cursed the fig tree at the root and it died. JESUS used this to show the disciples before HE left and told them to "Have faith in GOD." and we can say to the mountains in our lives to be gone and they have to leave. Conner said we all have strengths and we all have weaknesses. I believe that is why GOD said for the saints to be in unity in our beliefs and strengthen each other SCRIPTURE says " Iron strengthens iron." I often remember: EXODUS 11:11 "And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. "But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun." V13 " And Joshua discomforted Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword." Thank you Conner, for making the LORD your strength and strengthening us for the battles in our lives by reminding us of GOD'S WORD, which is the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT. We must sharpen our SWORD daily. Tim! You are my favorite pastor of all time. I am not lifting you on high, but Christ in you. I just had one critique. You are so blessed with the knowledge of Scripture as all of us should be. But at times you read verses very quickly.. and it is hard to digest exactly what it is saying. That is ok for us UA-cam folks because we can pause and digest.. but for people in the Church it may be hard for them to take it all in. I just started the video but in specific the verse ending at around four minutes with such potent truth was sped through pretty quick. If it was said slower with more emphasis it would be easier to take it and digest Gods word as it comes out of your mouth. No other words are more important as you know. I remember a while back Bob Jennings was reading from the Bible slowly .. and I could sit and be hit with every ounce of truth as Gods word poured out of his mouth.
Believe me I have way more to critique in my own life than just critiquing that in yours. My family loves you and Gods family loves you!! Thank you for your dedication!! Through God you’ve changed my life entirely.

29:00 - I'm so shocked!!! I realise I was unsaved for most of my life, yet I had 100% assurance. How terrifying! I had a loving affection for Jesus and would live "right" for a few years, then worldliness would get a hold of me, and I'd drift into partying or some other enjoyable secular vomit. If someone used Jesus' name as a curse word, I'd be offended and be sorry for them that they were going to hell. But I never spoke to anyone about Jesus, in those periods, because I didn't want to be a hypocrite and cause damage to Jesus' name. I can see I had huge anger problems, but I always felt justified in it, and the next hour I'd listen to Christian music with tears of emotionalism at being so close to God. SMH!
Now, I often struggle assurance, wondering how God could suffer me, if I've spoken without kindness to someone, or if I don't feel like going to church one Sunday, or if I've been too lazy, or if when I didn't offer a man who seemed homeless any help, or if I don't have affection for a believer who's hurt me in a small way.
It made me cry and laugh at the same time, when you pointed out that the tares often have full assurance, because my non-assurance of the last couple years (increasing moments) is actually assurance that I'm not fake any more!!!
How long is Tim going to be serving there?
1. Intent, 2. based, and 3. foundation. Who can bring these 3 together? Open sincere conversations with my neighbors upon all the tribes of judah. Sincere conversations I am open. Who can put these 3 together?

Thats what the evil one does brethren. He tries to get in ur mind and cause you to fall back or more into your sin. Rebuke him......and ask in Jesus name to protect you. He tries that with me alot, but I continue to rebuke it in Jesus Name, and stay in his word. Kneel in prayer. Keep fellowship with the Lord. Keep on the Armor of God brethren. I pray you do. It seems like condemnation is only for those who live after the flesh. If you are walking after the Spirit you cannot come under the condemnation. That's why preaching that is convicting can bring condemnation to people who live after the flesh. The flesh or body of this death was crucified with Christ.
Have you ever experienced someone who is walking in the Spirit that comes under condemnation???
What's the point of the Spirit bearing witness with our Spirit, if you can still experience condemnation?
Don't you have to be double minded in order to be attacked in the soul about assurance?
I believe that the blood of Jesus only flows and cleanses in the new creation in Christ.
Faith is in Christ or faith is found in God's Spirit. Faith is not a function of the flesh.
Those who are in the flesh CANNOT please God.
If it is no longer you that live ....what is there to condemn???
New age says believe in self instead of Jesus.
The heart needs to be made new, changed, born again/ regenerated. When the heart is changed on the inside them it will show up on the outside. But the heart won't change until people put their faith, hope trust and belief in Jesus. When the heart is changed then it will show.

Now preaching about attacks against assurance despite which a former video referenced few there be that find it, and many other of his videos show him in some sort of eye-bulging fear/terror mode indicating that you can't do enough to be saved, videos where I could smell the terror coming from him. Something tells me the inconsistency in his messages is a projection of his catholic past. Does anyone else experience this confusion from listening to him?
I have watched the videos you’re talking about. My understanding is that those are meant to wake up people who may have false assurance, but this video is to assure those who have doubts, and also maybe to convince the unsaved that God is loving and wants us to repent.
If you listen he preaches about the flesh in others videos, he’s specifically talking about the justified believers in this video.

Those who truly trust in Jesus for salvation and believe that He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, their heart changes and they are born again.
They naturally love Jesus and want to obey Him.
Those who trust in their own self works continue to try to perform enough works and they strive to be good enough outwardly,
but their works are filthy rags and by the works of the flesh shall no man be justified.
Most Christian's willfully disobey Jesus commandments. I mean the ones trusting themselves believing in self;
because they are not born again yet.
They can't change themselves. They are not abiding in the vine.
The flesh profits nothing. They habitually refuse to love.

Christians are consistently and purposely refusing to obey Jesus commands and so are they all going to hell who are not obeying all His commandments?

18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon
Who even obeys this? Most don't.
Luke 14:12-15

Joshua 22:5
But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the Lord charged you, to love the Lord your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul
But those who believe solely in Jesus for salvation their heart changes and they are born again. They cease from trusting self effort and works and they enter into His rest.
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death
