Well done Tim. That looked like an incredible experience. I only ever try gravel for short stretches here and there on my road bike (probably not a good idea). I loved the video. Nothing like a quiet 1am town with a rave when you want some sleep.
Well done! I wouldn't mind trying that next year if finances permit (I'll also be staring down the barrel at 64 then too). I enjoyed the Inspired Italy trip with Leonard last May and would like to get back to Italy. I do prefer mountain biking to road biking. Going to have to get in better shape first :) I did 162 km a week ago and felt like I could keep going. No soreness next day. I need to add more hills if I'm cycling Italy again; only 645 m of climbing on my 162 km, so not much at all.
Well done, Tim! These adventures are always life enhancing... regardless of which chapter in life we are on. Good vlog also👍🏾
Thanks Luis! I really appreciate your support.

Absolutely loved the video, mate! What an adventure! That must have been tough going, I know how the gravel roads are over there.....Well done!
Thank you. I loved it. I'll be doing more events or at least long rides. It's my kind of cycling.
Great video & well done for the ride. And I have learned a new English expression: "It´s all gone to cock" - fabulous...
Well done Tim 👍(Robin)

You should give it a go! I trained for 2 months. It's just a wonderful place to ride!
