I agree that opulent Musk is stealth beast mode! It's not bothersome and it is quite deceiving in its strength, but it smells so gentle and pretty but so cool too!

Shaghaf Oud is absolutely amazing and it lasts and last and it projects a lot! I also love Theo Fennel SCENT at the moment, it smells amazingly, it's a bit musky, very similar to Alien Oud Majestueux Mugler!

I discovered Varensia White by Ulric de Varens, only $10 where I got it, but it smells great. No synthetic/cheap smell. Also Replay Jeans Original, but the price varies depening on the shop.

Not affordable but not crazy expensive, Wild Cherry by Mancera. Projection and sillage are monumental. Scent: almonds sweet cherries :) 🍒

Woow, you do spoil us with all this choice, blimey!! I think l need to discipline myself to one fragrance per month otherwise I would suffocate in my piles and piles of perfume hoarding.

Happy 2022 darling. Thank you so much for the compliment. Killer Oud has no Oud at all... it’s a dupe for Byredo Black Safron. Killer Oud is a Paris Corner fragrance line and the one l mentioned in this video is actually called Killer Oud (Nights Of Arabia)...I have Al Haramain in concentrated perfume oil, Junoon Noir is a bit boozy but in a fermented/malty way. It’s a white floral with a vanilla note that stands out and a lot of violets. It dries down very powdery though. Its a unique one and a bit hard to describe. The lasting power is decent, ld say 8hrs+. I don’t own the second one you asked of dear ❤️

I am also very afraid of perfume excessive hoarding because I am not a Collector or Reviewer and I probably have enough parfum to last until I leave the Universe! Ay! But the idea of the magic in a fragrance is so impossible to resist. Now, I own almost no designer parfums

P.S another cheapie that resembles coco Mademoiselle or coco noir - is pink coral by Armaf. Very beast mode and I guess better for cold weather. I didn’t regret blind buying it.

Or Paris Corner Killer Oud Nights of Arabia... Killer Oud is a name for one of their fragrance lines but Nights of Arabia has no Oud. It’s a clone of Byredo black Saffron but has some vanilla in it. It’s stunning.

Thanks for the video! Lattafa Ajwad reminds me of YSL Cinema. Does Opulent Musk play the disappearing trick like BR540 does? Do you smell it yourself for 12 hours or is it a perfume for others?
No..Opulent Musk doesn’t because it has that herbal, spicy twist that Baccarat Rouge doesn’t have 😊
Opulant musk is now my go to because i can always smell it on me unlike br540. Plus its so inexpensive.

Can you get Lattifa samples somewhere (want to smell the fragrances before I buy)?
They only come with a fragrance purchase but try EBay.

Hi Cee! Thanks for the warnings that some of them are potential headache-inducing.😄 Are any of these ok for daytime in a tropical country? Or do you have a dedicated video for that already? Maybe fresh ones or just not cloying but still beast-mode from the Middle East brands.
Some of them would do in your climate however I have a video on (MiddleEastern fragrances with no Oud) Most of the ones l mention in that video are light but beast mode so they’d be great for tropical weather. ❤️

Hi ! love beast mode fragrances but I have to say the 24 hour oud it is not a beast mode fragrance. It really does smell like Tom Ford Black orchid . I have them both. Black orchid has been reformulated and is a very weak performer as is the 24 hour oud. but it does last longer than the Tom Ford.. not sure if you know.. Love your presentations

@@CeeChroniclesTalkingScents I just think it is an absolute shame as much as I love Tom Ford black orchid, that this has been reformulated and overspray is not an option for this one ! Way too expensive. but do agree with over spraying the 24 hours as it’s a heavenly scent . Very much like black orchid. I mix them together seems to work pretty good. really appreciate your take on these fragrances.
That's crazy, I own both and don't see any resemblance, for me TF Black Ochid is unique and luxurious, 24h Oud smells cheap and nothing like it

Fakhar too much for you?? Wow, that just put the concept "beastmode" into context. I'll make sure to keep that in mind so I won't be disappointed if any of the ones I've written down (all but two I believe) turn out to be fails for me.
Okay, help! Lattafa Fakhar is *on my skin* a nice, semi sweet white floral for Spring and Summer and also quite soft on me, with only 2 hrs projection - within armlength - and then skinscent for maybe 2 more... if I majorly overspray. 😒 Think about 25 sprays allover my arms and neck & cleavage. Otherwise you don't even smell it while hanging in my neck🙄. I need to respray 2 to 3 times like that to make it last a full day with a bit of projection. Just as a skinscent just one repeat session. In warm weather it'll stay a skinscent for many hours, but once we go under 20 degrees Celsius the performance gets much worse. Most good quality perfumes last max 3hrs on me and what others call heavy is normal on me. The either loved or hated original Alien by Mugler - always a great example - isn't a beast on me and also needs 10+ sprays and a respray. Later, but still. Even the use of ISO E Super as a support, or a perfume oil, won't give me 12hrs. It'll last longer or stronger, but I've never had the pleasure of a full day wear, nor getting compliments when only spraying 4 or 5 times (I've heard people speak about "2 is enough". Whuuut??!). The only good thing about this, is that I have a super good excuse to buy extra fragrances since I can use about 3 different perfumes per day without getting weird mixes 🤣. So, I'm now one of those weirdos who has "chillax on the couch fragrances", bed/ going to sleep perfumes, daytime fragrances, appointment perfumes, nighttime fragrances etc etc and I can wear them all on the same day!
Back to my help: anyone else here with very dry, perfume eating skin cq who recognises themselves in my description who bought advised by Cee fragrances that still turned out to be beastmode? Care to share?
Yeah l get you. We all smell things differently. I bought my Fakhar when it was just released.. l mean the very first ones before reformulation. Lattafa has now reformulated most of their fragrances. Even Rhagba is not the same anymore. I guess some of the original formulations weren’t sustainable. That being said l come from a very hot country… so that has a bearing on the lasting power of my perfumes too
Realize that spraying on skin on pulse points evolved with western usage of perfumes mainly in cold climates where the perfume needed some heat to disperse into the air.
Actually to enjoy the perfume spray it on clothes : under the collar, sleeve etc
Stop spraying on your skin and start on your clothes
You must be anosmic,you cannot smell certain components like ambroxan(Fhakkar,L'interdit Baccarat Rouge contains it,I cannot smell them at all,or just a faint smell) People around you will smell you,though
I recommend to MOISTURISE VERY WELL, USE VASELINE ON PULSE POINTS BEFORE SPRAYING, ALSO SPRAY ON CLOTHES AND HAIR AS IT LASTS MUCH BETTER THAN ON SKIN. ALSO SPRAYING THAT MUCH ON SKIN IS TOXIC. BEST OF LUCK!!!
Your smell sense might not be very strong, remember to always moisturise very well

I’m now wondering what you call beast mode because fakhar is very very light.
Firstly people perceive scents and smells differently. We don’t all have the same olfactory senses that why my disclaimer says “All opinions herein are my own!!!! If you think Fakhar is light that’s your opinion Not mine.
Secondly I had Fakhar in 2018 and it was the original formulation. Lattafa has reformulated most of their perfumes because most of their original formulations were too heavy since they were targeted for the Middle East market.
Lastly try overspraying and you’ll see that most perfumes perform beastly. I’m a Perfume collector and l don’t spray my perfumes sparingly otherwise ld end up with a house full of them, hence l get great performance from most of my perfumes.
