Loved it, Thank you!!🤗🌵 If only I had fallen in love with plants when I was younger I wouldn't have been as bored! There's so much to love in the garden God meant for us to grow and enjoy!🌱👩🏽🌾
just what i came to look for - varieties cos i like the idea of starting them from seeds...and that music in the background - enchanting really. wow...mygreathanks and blessings
Wow, yes I love Yucca Spanish Daggers very much! May I have a few questions please; I live in Houston TX, can Yucca Spanish Daggers survives good in Houston area with very hot weather in Summer time. And does it survive in Winter time in Houston, TX too? Winter time in Houston some time is frozen 😉😏. Thank you very much for your time 🙏👍❤️.
Nice video, nice music. I've trying to identify a Yucca in my neighborhood, the leaves have sharp teeth. Didn't see it in Video, oh well I keep searching.
This is an amazing production. Very educational, no voices that annoy, the music…I’ve liked and subbed, and hope there’s plenty more like this. It’s interesting to see how much we are bombarded by personalities that tell us very little, and how little the spoken word is necessary at times. Thank you, and kudos! Came back to add that I’m puzzled about a plant I was given, which I was told was told was an aloe yucca. I didn’t see that one here, but I noticed you rarely give the common name, sticking mostly to the Latin. There were three plants that I thought could be my guy’s big brothers, but ideally I need to see a real close up of the leaves (spikes?) Anyhow, thank you for this terrific video.
I learned that natives beat the stalks with a stone & use as soap & shampoo! I tried it by cutting off the needle tips, chopped the stalks in pieces then blended it and sure enough, I had a very sudsy soap good for cleaning around! However, it may cause skin irritation on some people, but worth testing.

@@isaiahdaily1741 hi, this is what i have searched in google , that according to the ASPCA, yucca plants are not poisonuos to humans, but to horses ,cats and dogs it is poisonous, thank you, im sorry for my poor english , im not so fluent speaking English..
I've got a kind of plant like this here and upstate South Carolina I don't think I've ever seen it flower though and it's been here my whole life.. having trouble identifying it
My dad just planted a yucca cutting today from a monster yucca plant. He found a piece laying on the ground at Balboa Park in San Diego. It was near the bocce ball playing fields. He said there is a grove of giant yuccas like 30' tall. I wonder what kind it is?
Wow great , it is true that there is a yucca that can groe 30ft tall, based on what i have read .Maybe the one he planted is yucca elephantipes ( spineless yucca), hope it grow well sir. Thanks for watching..😊.

In South Carolina you most likely have a Yucca gloriosa, or Yucca aloifolia if it has a trunk. Those are the most common Yuccas in that area.
@@southwesthardypalms is a trunk like the giant root thing?

How do you propagate these? Just like a succulent?
Hi, i don't propagate these plants, i just create these video, just for plant identification only, thanks for watching...have a good day 😊

Are they all edible
Am not sure, sir / madam , thank you for visiting my channel..
very nice! but you misspelled yucca rostrata
Ah ok , thank for correcting me, thanks for watching...
Probably my favorite genus of plants. However, the vast majority of these are Yucca species, not yucca varieties
I could not figure out what yucca I have. 😭 The stock gets about 6ft tall & white flowers bloom at the top.
