I once had a demonstration of a high voltage switch. It was an air pressure operated giant needle surrounded by an inert gas to extinguish the spark.
Well done for being so brave crossing the glass walkway. I have really bad vertigo so no way could I do that. I feel dizzy and like I’m falling just watching heights on a screen! 😅

I did the Tower Bridge walk a few years ago and the glass portion is the most scary thing of the whole walk. I don’t know why it makes people nervous, but it must have something to do with our brain telling us it’s dangerous even though common sense says that with all the people who traverse it, no one has even fallen! Hate when common sense kicks in!😅😊

Loved this, must have been filmed before the recent floods, I hope you’re ok. It’s a mess around the river Trent, the river Soar and Sawley Marina where our boat is moored, major floods. People have lost their boats and I was really sad to hear some cows drowned by the river Soar/Trent junction. You were both really brave on the glass floor. Take care and stay safe. xxxx

Omg I was there the week before Christmas. The only sunny day that week. The tower bridge was amazing. I liked how you could open the windows to take photos without the windows reflections. I too was a little nervous walking over the glass.
