I couldn't imagine how insane Jericho's schedule must be. The guy is constantly entertaining in some form. Wrestle, play gig, radio show, sleep. Rinse and repeat.
yeah but dont forget when Chris started his open up Entering was on Rock America by Danger Danger ,,,,,, Chris his a huge fan of this 80-90 period,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Even tho his voice isnt what it was at its peak ( everyone gets old) he sounds great...and honestly in his prime his voice was just unbelievable...he talks so low but those high notes in cemetary gates matching note for note with Dime at the end is just ridiculous....one of the best, and underrated as far as im concerned, metal singers ever
@@rainman42Phil voice always been raw one of the reasons I been a fan of him all these years. He’s no Steve Perry, Bruce Dickson who all have amazing voices for ballads but Phil voice is similar to Ozzy It’s powerful and raw and real
Yeah man. He has been through really tough shit. He has done bad things but who hasnt.. Still a great guy in my eyes and it breaks my heart that Vinnie and Phil didnt patch up bnefore Vinnie left us.
I don't mean to a bastard here, but if Phil wasn't chewing gum during this song, then he was on something. And if he was chewing gum, then I apologize. Hopefully what I saw was that his weird mouth movements are related to anti depression meds whether than cocaine or some other shit. My sister suffers from the weird mouth stuff due to her depression meds, so that's why I noticed it. Regardless these dudes are still rocking it all these years later, and it's awesome to see.
Phil looks way healthier than before, I haven't seen him so in shape for years, maybe decades to be honest : this is great news, even his head, the way he speaks, really looks like he's been living a healthy way of life, way to go Phil !!
Probably to the bathroom to rub one out. Jericho totally giving off some very weird vibes. He took that song as a duet with Phil rather than a sing-a-long with Phil.
My buddy John is in another band with Phil called Scour as their bass player. Nest is John Jarviss own band that he fronts and they're opening for pantera and LoG. Check em out.

Phil is literally a rock God! He still sounds good for as blown out his vocals are. I’ve never been a fan of WWE but I do know who Jericho is and to see him up there with Pantera is awesome🙏🏼🤘🏼💀🖤
I was fortunate enough to see Pantera 3 times back in the 90's and early 2000's and didn't think I would ever see them again after the loss of Dime and Vinnie but I was lucky enough to see them last year in Denver. Zak and Charlie did the Abbotts proud. Keep rocking while there's life left in you! 🤘🤘🤘
I love seeing Jericho paying respect to Pantera's legacy on stage and... damn... too many emotions for me who experienced Pantera live back in 1998... I'm a Zakk's fan {love Black Label Society!} but not seeing Dime up there... hurts. It hurts sooo bad! I was right in front of Dime, in the very front of the stage for the whole 1hour long performance at OzzFest'98 in Milan and will never forget. even caught mid air the plectrum he launched to us _{it was black, with a weed leaf on both sides}..._ unfortunately I've lost it many years later but it felt good having had in my hand what he used in the concert. I won't ever forget. That concert was my very first Heavy Metal live experience and I loved it, the very best experience of a whole lifetime. I will never forget. Rest In Music Dimebag {and brother Vinnie ofc!}!
Oh, I didn't share what happen next when Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath took the head of the show _{it was for their Reunion album}..._ that's the best part of that whole unforgettable experience... but would have taken longer to tell all that too and this video was about Pantera after all. I just can tell Ozzy literally baptized me with a whole bucket of water...@@sammmm87
Pantera is my favorit band of all time. Its a true gift to have them cary on. The most incredible thing . the true love that has poured out so deep it resonates through Evey one. This is no longer a story about expressing anger and being heavy. Its now a very human story of overcomeing loss , tragidy and finding the strength to cary on. No one can replace dime but i asure you. he is smiling from the depths evey time zack walks on stage with loving approval that the only man on earth to Cary on his torch did. Now when i here cowboys from helll i dont know if i should smash a wall down or cry. I do know im beautifully confused. Never got to see Pantera live, unfortunately. Saw Down and superjoint ritual. And also got to see Damageplan opening for Shadows fall 3 days before Dimebag got shot. Vinnie and Dimebag came out during shadows fall set, Vinnie with a tray of shots of Yager handing out to people in the crowd and Dimebag was headbanging on stage wearing a Christmas garland on his head simulating Brian's dreadlocks. Great Fcking time! My heart was broken a few days later, when I heard Dime was gone.
I locked arms and moshed with Jericho at Metallica’s 30th anniversary at The Fillmore in San Francisco, late 2011 I think. Amazing show and hanging with Jericho for a little bit and team-moshing was awesome!!! I’m not much into wrestling since the late 80’s but I was aware of the top wrestlers throughout the years and Jericho was always a part of the rock & metal scene in some way so I was aware of him for sure! So I’m at the Fillmore show, close to the stage and the thrashing with the crowd, it was mild-medium for a Metallica show. And all the while when you’re towards the front you’re just trying to maintain position (or maybe get ahead)…you want to thrash but also watch the show and not get shoved to the back. So I’m a big dude not being cocky just say’n I’m a big boy from Wisconsin and at that time 270lbs. So I’m banging my head enjoying the show and moshing and holding position and all of a sudden I look over and Jericho is next to me …in the fucking pit at Metallica. So I mouth to him “let’s lock arms!” so nobody can keep trying to pass us, this was a common technique for my buddies and I so we could hold the line and stay together and mosh together anyways he locked up with me instantly like he knew what was up. So here I am fucking buzzed and high (weed/liquor) having an awesome time rocking out to Metallica and now I’m arm to arm with Chris Jericho and thinking We are fucking tag-team champions of the Metallica show!!! It was really surreal, he was having as much fun as I was and we were just rocking out together holding fucking court at Metallica!! We got some pics during intermission and any time I look at those pics I can’t help but smile!! So much fun!!!
I just don’t get why so many fans of rock/metal were upset when they decided to get back together. Yes it’s not the original line up, but it gives a chance for the younger people who never got to see them get a chance to see them perform. Got to see them last year at Louder Than Life & they DID NOT disappoint!
Love the love you are showing for Dime Bag and Vinnie Paul on the drums !! Kind of wish the audio was a little better & without that woman screaming so close to the camera.
Security took my selfie stick between Lamb of God and Pantera so I wasn’t able to get my phone far above the crowd. Plus the sound in the arena wasn’t great. Microphone volume was definitely lacking
I have seen Jerichoffs band play. You do not wish for better audio. The sound man did Metal fans, Pantera fans, and UA-cam viewers a favor by turning the volume down because Jericho sucks as a singer.
Back in 1997 Pantera came to Biloxi Mississippi. Phil started the show with the biggest bottle of Jack Daniels ive ever seen. Someone one else had to come out and sing the last few songs. Dime Bag Darrell scribbled on my back stage pass.
I couldn't imagine how insane Jericho's schedule must be. The guy is constantly entertaining in some form. Wrestle, play gig, radio show, sleep. Rinse and repeat.
He’s living one hell of a life though!!!

He was and ALWAYS will be one of my favorite wrestlers💪👍 it's soooo cool he loves metal 2 worlds coming together it's so awesome 👻🤘🤘🤘✌️🖤🤘🤘🤘
he actually lives over by the arena (or at least close to it) so it was probably a day off or something
He's badass hes living my dream
Seeing Jericho rocking out with Pantera was unexpected but nice to see.
yeah man, he actually lives 30 minutes from the arena the show was in!
Rocking Out?????? It's Metal...It's Not A Bloody Jonas Brothers Show...U Say Moshing Out!!...
Phil and Jericho seems like two brothers jamming together

Why Chris Jericho is a bonafide metal head a very successful metal musician away from pro wrestling.

Jericho out there on stage with the CFH and wearing a Jackson 5 t-shirt. Absolutely perfect.

None of us would’ve been here if majority weren’t Metalheads or grew up watching Wrestling its self explanatory
I’m so happy I had the experience to meet Chris at the Silver Scream Con in Danvers last September. Really down to earth and awesome guy.
