Look at God; Kimmy went from not having food to making food for all. Praise God. Your path is your story for a testimony.

If the devil cannot stop your anointing, he will try to destroy your character. The devil was not after Job’s blessings, he was after Job’s integrity. If you can still hold on to God and your integrity while you are in pain, God will trust you with promotion. Hold on, greater is coming. Rev. Victor Jackson

Now one thing I will say is you guys are SPOT ON about black women trying to do everything. I hired a cleaning service for the first time this year and it has CHANGED my life!! I actually have time to just sit and breathe. I am grateful for the ability to do this and I realize everyone is not able or capable but after 46 years of cleaning THIS is one reason why I worked so hard and it has been AMAZING!!!!❤❤❤

I personally feel like people should stop fishing to be in Kimmie’s business. Instead of watching her videos & engaging about the food, they put her relationships she’s not even in. Worried about who & how many dads there are & I don’t think that’s anyone’s business. Everyone doesn’t have to be transparent, that’s not her purpose or her path. She wants to bake & cook & she should be allowed to do that without people forcing her to tell her personal story. But I am glad that she was willing to share a part of her no one sees. ❤

I agree cause if I ever got on social media I wouldn’t be too personal. People are so nosy & entitled to information that has nothing to do with them. Granted, sharing your story can help someone but it becomes too much for some people.

That’s because people now want to know the person behind the product. Before, half the R&B singers singing the most beautiful love songs to women were homosexuàl and their personal lives were of no interest, we didn’t know the politics of what Paula Deen thought, we didn’t care what a coach said to the players. Now, people expect and want to know the whole “brand.” 😞

True enough but sometimes people need to know that someone who has been through the same thing as them, it can help! It also brings people closer or you can find out the type of person they are and what they believe one might want to support that person

You all are sitting up there, laughing and giggling, and having a good time and as much as I want to be a part of that, I know that I am not and that’s the big letdown with listening to podcast however, Kimmy is someone who peaked by interest I saw a clip of our episode. It was a treat immediately by her story, I knew it was something I could see it in her eyes whenever she cooks I said all of that to say that both of you have inspired me a great deal and thank you so much for this interview and the wisdom that came out of it.

My goodness this has been so refreshing seeing Black women loving on each other. I’m sooo impressed with the amount of growth in B Simone. She always seemed like an “ angry black feminist” but seeing and hearing her growth is so nice! Kimmie is even more adorable than she’s EVER been! Her story is inspiring! I don’t condone single mother households. It’s important to take time to chose correctly but abuse in any form should not be tolerated if that person is not willing to change.

Loved the interview. I did want them to talk about food A LITTLE BIT GEESH!!! 😂🤣. I wanted to know when she started cooking, how did she learn, where she got her inspiration from, etc🤷‍♀️

This is good, I guess seeing as though that is what Kimmy’s platform is about. B could have mixed more of that in. She said she will have Kimmy back so maybe when she returns 🤷🏾‍♀️… But technically I assume because she touched on it a little bit, she went hungry many days so the love for good food was part of the reason she started her UA-cam channel, that coupled with the fact that she was leaving the military and needed another source of income for her kids.
