They are the Comolithi, the strange and highly impressive pyramid formations in Kissamos, Chania. They are almost entirely made of soft clay that over time and weather have been sculpted and taken in their present form. The "bald" hills with vegetation only at their peak in an environment full of lush vegetation, is definitely not at all common for our country.

Κι όμως το βίντεο που βλέπετε γυρίστηκε στην Κρήτη!
Είναι οι Κομόλιθοι, οι παράξενοι και άκρως εντυπωσιακοί πυραμιδοειδείς σχηματισμοί στην Κίσσαμο Χανίων. Αποτελούνται σχεδόν εξολοκλήρου από μαλακό άργιλο που o χρόνος και οι δυνάμεις της φύσης ''σμίλεψαν'' και τους χάρισαν την σημερινή τους μορφή. Οι ‘’φαλακροί λόφοι με την βλάστηση μόνο στην κορυφή τους σε ένα περιβάλλον γεμάτο πλούσια βλάστηση, σίγουρα δεν είναι κάτι συνηθισμένο τουλάχιστον για τον τόπο μας.
