37:48 If im not mistaken it is called a "Interview Mini Book" it basically a congratulatory message from the other members on her solo, each version has different members so the one you got is with Mina+Sana+Momo. Also fun tip you can see the member colors to identify them like in this you can see Mint (for Mina), Purple (for Sana), Pink (for Momo).
Oh also my bad i just checked, it actually is random so you can get either one with MiSaMo (the one you got), DaChaeTzu, or 2Yeon (Nayeon & Jeongyeon) and not only that it also contains an interview QnA style with Jihyo
