We just got ours and love this thing! After only one use, the chain appeared to loosen up a bit and this video helped a lot! The only question is, what tool do/should we buy to inject the grease into the nipple?
I got the 4 wheeled Dolly to move my 37ft 12000lb trailer....totally disappointed. Had text and phone comms with Jeff and Wayne both gave me the run around. Now stuck with a 4 wheeled table weight!
Hello, I bought a Trax Power Dolly from you about 2 years ago. I have a question for you, Does the Ball Pin has to be refilled with grease? It seems like it does not want to hold the trailer ball tight to the trailer as it should. It does not hold the trailer tongue tight to the dolly. What should I do? What do you recommend? Thank you. Lilly, it's just a simply grease gun. You shouldn't have to do it for a year or two. Walmart and many other stores will have them.
Will you have a 10,000 lbs model in the future? moving a 37 foot travel trailer and this would be nice if it could handle the weight.
