Hi Lady O, I hope your day is going well. (FuFu ) A lot of work went into it. I admire you and your mom cooking and working together. A big blessing that a lot of young girls didn't get to have. Enjoy every minute of it. BLESSINGS......
God bless you sister Catherine for always being there to support our sister. When Biafra comes, we would love you to come down and live with us in Biafra land.
@@chukwuemekaooo Thank you and God bless you for your kind offer. If I wasn't married, I would have loved to take you up on your offer, but since I am, for many years, I will still one day like to visit your country. But, until then thank you. BLESSINGS.....
@@catherinewilliams815 : Ooooh, I am both sad and happy. Sad because I thought I would someday love to entertain you among our people in Igbo land. Happy because you are married. It is good to be married. I pray and wish you a happy married life always.
Thank you so much... I will say I am lucky❤❤. Yes my day is going on well.. I hope you are having a great weekend, and wishing you a lovely week ahead.
Well done Lady O. Interestingly, in the whole world, only the Igbos have the naturally gifted technology to processing cassava into many extracts. They include: Fufu, Garri, Flour, Tapioca and Starch(also a kind of Fufu). However, I tried to see if I could impart the technology to Kenyans and Ugandans, but I think they are not smart and willing to learn. They process their cassava into Flour only.
Nice one keep it up God bless you and your family hoping to see you do the pounding soon
Thank you so much.. I will soon, but not at the moment.

Just flour... Wish all the things one can do with cassava... You forgot to add Abacha 😄
@@LadyODailyLife: I added it. Abacha is called Tapioca na. Go back and read the list again.
I need a woman at home to do fufu :)
Have you tried it before?
@@LadyODailyLife No, if I don't like it, then I can do something else. Or drink whiskey first. :)
