Do you still have bike? How many km do you have after 2 years of use? Are there some bigger problems? I thinking off buying one, here in Croatia with state bonus is 4200 euro.
Still got it, about 4000 miles (6500 km), no major issues, only issues have been on the connected, in the UK the app access lasts one year free then you have to pay, but you don't need it. front forks can get a small sign of rust, but if you keep it clean and protected should be ok, when you turn it on, you need to press the mode and front brake, only recentrly, it was a bit temperamental, but i traced it that the switch that operated the brake light in ther lever became a bit dry, but wit a clean and a small spray of silicone lubricant has sorted the issue, all in all, very pleased, has needed no special maintenance and the battery is still in good shape with no obvious signs of range reducing, hope that helps. :)
Great, thanks. This Monday 22.4 at 9h dealer can apply for me to try to get state bonus because is limited amount for whole Croatia. I need this bike only for work, 10km a day more/less. Will update here if I got it. Thanks for now
No Probs, it doesn't charge massively fast and it does start to slow down when it gets near to 100%, i'd say around 5 hours, normally after a week of use to work i still have around 40% left, and that take about 4 hours, one thing i like is that when it charges, it doesn't get hot like some others that charge faster, to me makes it a bit safer, and possibly, better for a longer lasting battery, although i am unqualified to say that really. :)
@@jamesdean2706 hi James, I'll probably will buy the S01+. Can you tell me it will run 30 minutes on 60 mph without overheating? And what's the range at 60 mph? I guess about 40 miles. And does it have cruisecontrol?
What is the difrence betwen Seat MO and Silence S01? Im planing to buy one of those but you can get used Seat mo for 4000 GBP, and few months ago you could get new one in special deal.
not looked into the Seat version much, but i wouldn't think there will be much difference in price if the specs are equivalent, not sure i've seen one at £4k, but the silence S01 list prices vary from £5k to £6.7k depending on the spec, batterry capacity and power options, you can also see the Silence logo on some of the parts of the Seat
The Seat Mo is a rebranded version of the Silence S01. I guess it's because Seat has a much larger distribution network than Silence. Consider what is best for you regarding distance to next dealer and repair garage.
two things to bear in mind, top speed is around 62mph, so i wouldn't feel comfortable on a motorway, i typically have it in eco mode as the roads i commute are maximum of 40mph limit, range wise a comination would do it i reckon, the raster you go, the range will come down
i get your point on both fronts, for me, i would never get a 125 petrol scooter, i enjoy how quiet it its, how quck it is around town, it accelerates so well, and zero maintenance, no chain or oils to worry about.
DO NOT BUY THIS. I have had mine for a year. Front forks are now rusty. And all connected features are now behind a pay wall. They had disabled the alarm and Bluetooth connection. I will begin legal action. Terrible company.
Really useful review that is many thanks

Thats all i use mine for. Work for the week . 12 miles a day. Charge once per week
Nice bike I’m think of test riding one soon. Can I ask how much you paid for it and where you bought it from?
Thanks, James
you won't get much off list at the moment due to supply, i got mine from E-Moto in Cheltenham
The point was how much👺@@jamesdean2706
You can pull the handle up before you remove the battery completely. A little more comfort taking it out
indeed you can, but it comes out so easy it's not a problem, i only pull it up to the full height when i wheel it around
Nice video! On the S01 connected, what is the ring’s collor? I mean on the battery. Red or green?
It's probably green. It's the Seat Mo that's red.
Hi James, thanks for the review. From 20% (or from your experience) to 100%, how long does it take to recharge the battery?

Thanks, still happy with it? Thinking about buying the S01+, the Niu Evo was made useless by Niu with the latest updates
yep, although the app has disconneted, so will reinstall it this weekend to see if that sorts it out, but i DO LOVE IT!! :)

@@dotternetta no cruise control, and can't answer the speed test and not one i have any need to try, sorry . :)

How can get this
Looks good. And it costs little more than a good electric bicycle.
very good test ride
Thanks 👍
Would it comfortably make a 50 mile round trip on a single charge? With mixture of town and motorway speeds?

£6,250 and twice as much to insure than a 125 petrol scooter, what you save in petrol you lose on insurance

Its twice as fast as a 125. They do 17 seconds to 60mph. This will do it 7.

Why are there so many riders not wearing proper equipment? Not wearing gloves is not a smart rider.
I am unable to answer that question
Eahora M1P, heck of a lot better deal, value and looks.
