The Eredivisie table makes for stark reading right now. Ajax are bottom of the table, 25 points behind long-time rivals PSV Eindhoven in first.
A 5-2 defeat to PSV last weekend was Ajax’s fifth league defeat of the season.
Their only league win so far came against recently promoted Heracles in the opening week, while they had never previously been bottom of the Eredivisie table until now.
At the time of recording, they are winless in 10 games across all competitions, which has never happened before.
Their current five-game losing streak in the Eredivisie is also something that - you guessed it - has never happened before.
So I felt like they needed saving in the only way I know how - I fired up FM24 and got to work!

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Great work man, enjoyed it. We have gotten 6 points out of the last 2 games and we still need to finish the RKC game with a 3-2 lead from the 85th minute onwards. Been a really weird start this season but we are pretty close to European spots again. Hope we can keep this up and perhaps do 1 or 2 signings like Jelert or Elmas in the winter.
Definitely possible. Fixture computer wasn’t the kindest with regards to your start. New manager, new ideas I guess!

Ajax won yesterday and twice this week, are 11th now and have one less match played (3-2 ahead of RKC with 10 min still to play, postponed match). The losses were all to Feyenoord, AZ, Twente and PSV. The next matches will be easier and Ajax will be 5th very time soon. Other than that, still a poor season and I'm gonna rebuild them as my first save later on today when the FM24 release patch hits. Maybe you gave me some inspiration for players, we will see!
could you rebuild basel they are in the same situation as AJAX, they're a former giant of swiss football and have only seen decline these last years.

The only big problem I have with Ultimate Champions (tranmere in you league) is that the rewards per gameweek are so low, it takes forever to generate the income to get like a Silver or Gold Pack and that you cannot win for example any CHAMP coins except for with real money? Otherwise its fun. Good rebuild yet again :) Would love to see you do a Groningen or even Tranmere rebuild one day/year

i followed your tutorial on how to use the pre game editor..and used it to create my own club with custom players and staff but there seems to be a problrm with work permits...even though i set that the player has played before joining the club i created..they still dont qualify for work permits..what could be the problem...thanks in advance

Work Permits are tricky. Could you give me a bit more about the situation. Such as the player(s) in question. The location of your club etc...

i worked on it all day and figured it out later today..i'm in England and I dont want to use only english players cause that would be unrealistic..so I created this fella from Argentina, and in order for the game to recognise him as someone who qualifies for the work permit I had to make sure "playing history" matches "non-playing history" and "number of days spent at club/nation"
Did you hire all the staff from scratch or did you use a patch? if so, which one? Thanks.
Hired them all myself from scratch. I usually do that with all rebuilds to be honest!

Saudi is breaking fm24 with those deals. And not only in your save.. I sold Bruno Fernandes for over 250 mil to al nassr... I think this could be verry boring verry soon with those saudi clubs
Couldn’t agree more. So much so that I’ve reported it as a bug. I like that the financial muscle is there in the game from Saudi, but it’s like it’s dialled up to 11

When you start a game what type of manager are you and what is your training qualifications, because I can assure you that does make the game harder. For example if you're the Ajax manager and you're a Sunday league player with minimum training qualifications then you'll definitely find it harder.
I honestly don’t think it matters. I started a save this evening on the full release at Weston Super Mare in the 6th tier of England. Matched the badges and experience to the club and won 7 games straight…
@@HoodGamingUKfair play if you don't think it makes a difference. Makes me think what's the point of having things like Sunday league player and having a host of training qualifications to choose from!
Can you do a hibs rebuild as there 8th in the table and have just lost in the viaplay cup semi-final(league cup)
Did Hibs on FM23 but I could perhaps take a look later in the game cycle if things don't improve!
