Hi, this is my first vlog and I hope you guys enjoy it! :)
Hiking Mt. Sawi in Gabaldon, Philippines
Legend says that the name of the mountain came from the incident of an unrequited love
The story goes like this: A beautiful Dumagat girl found a weak and wounded guy along the mountain where she lives. Out of being kindhearted she helped the guy, feed him, healed his wounds and took care of him until he regain his health back. Along the way the Dumagat girl fell in love with her patient. The guy seems to feel the same way. Later on when the guy was able to walk in his two feet again, he told the Dumagat girl he needs to go back to his home town to tell his parents he’s alive, promising that he’ll be back for her.
