On the Sauropods: Brontosaurus and Apatosaurus are two related dinosaurs. For a long time, people thought Brontosaurus was just a species of Apatosaurus, but a while back, they were split apart again. The animal name you're looking for is Brachiosaurus; however, the animal shown is actually another one still, namely Giraffatitan, which was once believed to be a species of Brachiosaurus (similar to the situation Brontosaurus and Apatosaurus had going on, albeit they are not as closely related). Some fossil replica displays of Giraffatitan are still mislabeled as Brachiosaurus to this day. Brachiosaurus (actually Giraffatitan) and Apatosaurus are both present in Jurassic World, Brontosaurus, however, isn't. The franchise also has featured Mamenchisaurus, albeit it looks incredibly off and seems to be an editted Brachiosaurus, and Dreadnoughtus, which is more or less "Apatosaurus but bigger".
That Parasaurolophus has been featured in all 6 films, and played a more big role in the last movie and in camp cretaceous so I'm very surprised they have made a figure for it. The bioluminescence Parasaurolophus from the show would make a great figure.

I feel like Lego has gotten excessively lazy with their recent dinosaur sets. Think about it: there are how many recolors of the same dinosaurs we've seen since 2012? I can say there are at least 6-8 T. rex models they keep reusing and just recoloring it when they could be making completely new molds for completely different dinosaurs. I don't think it would be that hard for them to make a new mold for a new dino. They haven't even tried getting the Baryonyx looking accurate to the movie because you can see on it that it literally has the same toe claws that the Indoraptor Lego has, it's just recolored to match the color of the Baryonyx (this is also true with the Therizinosaurus. See my point? LAZY.) They also made I think 3 sets of raptor Blue as if we still want velociraptors after the number of other sets with raptors in them. And they just _keep_ coming out with recolors. I was really excited to see if they'd do anything different with the Giganotosaurus model but no, it's just the Indominus rex head with T. rex arms and recolored. At least this version of the Trex would be just another recolor!
Was my favorite game, ah~ nostalgia.
Soooo good
noice vid bro :) i agree
Thanks, I appreciate it!
In general we need sets for Jurassic Park 1/2/3,we got some for 1 but no for 2 and 3
Yeah, they did some studio sets in 2003 for the movie but man those are out dated and I’d love to see some new stuff
little does he know
Little did he know*
Oh I know
@@AFOLsWelcomehe knows 🤫
Don't forget the Allasuorus
That made it on part 2!
4:08 this is a brachiosaurus not apatosaurus, apatosaurus is the smaller blue one that first appeared in jurassic world, you added gameplay from lego jurassic world and in that game this dino is still caled brachiosaurus and the other is apatosaurus
Apatosaurus*
@@persik123 thank you for correcting me
Yes, my fault!

I want Spinosaurus to be in lego like in game
It would be awesome!
Personally, I'm waiting for Microceratus, Edmontosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Corythosaurus, Metriacanthosaurus, Compsognathus, Ceratosaurus, Apatosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Spinosaurus, Ouranosaurus, Nothosaurus, Scorpios Rex, Stegosaurus, Kentrosaurus, Nasutoceratops, Sinoceratops, Angel and Rebel the hybrids from seasons 4 and 5 of Camp Cretaceous (Spinoceratops I guess?), Dimorphodon, Allosaurus, Lystrosaurus, Dimetrodon, Mosasaurus, Tylosaurus, Dsungaripterus, Oviraptor, Moros Intrepidus, Miragaia, Suchomimus, Pachycephalosaurus, Dreadnoughtus, Utahraptor, Yangchuanosaurus, and Monolophosaurus. (Yes, all of these species have appeared in Jurassic Park/World movies/tv shows/games of questionable canonicity.)
in that old Lego dinosaurs' theme, there was one where it the same as the one for Jurassic Park 3, but it was blue
yeah, old school
I would like a lego allosaurus
It nearly made the list! I have decide that I will do a follow up video at some point and it will definitely be on that list!
These are some very convincing options and I agree, we need modern versions of these Dinosaurs, as well as Dinosaurs that never got a Lego Form. Also, it's not "Apatosaurus" or "Brontosaurus", I can see the confusion. It's actually a Brachiosaurus, there's a difference.
In my honest opinion, while all the Jurassic Park/World Dinosaurs are cool and well designed, I would love to see Lego Versions of the more scientifically accurate versions. I think it could help educate Kids on what Dinosaurs were "truly" (or at least based on the latest discoveries and most convincing theories) like, besides on the Silver Screen.
Yeah that would be cool for sure!
@@AFOLsWelcome Thank you for agreeing, Grinch! Plus, we need more Lego Dinosaurs that have *Lips* . Out of all the Lego Dinosaurs, the only one that has lips are the Raptors, while Dinosaurs like T-Rex and Carnotaurus have their teeth exposed like Crocodiles.
@@ryonhatcher4561 they do like to show their teeth lol, agreed!
@@AFOLsWelcome agreed, but while it may look cool, it's also inaccurate.
@@ryonhatcher4561 yes, I’m okay with that as long as it looks cool 😎
For the mosasaurus they could maybe do a collectors set like the one we got of the T. rex and the ford explorers. It would be cool too have a little Lego mosasaurus feeding show to display in my room
Yeah that would be awesome
2024 we got Allosaurus and Stegosaurus
A apatosaurus version of Lego would be good
I totally agree with everything on this list, I do think that brontosaurus is a little more deserving than spinosaurus even though I really want spinosaurus. Lol
Yeah it was really tough to choose
I think it's actually a lot more deserving because even though Spinosaurus is really cool it's just another carnivorous theropod. Right now Lego is missing an entire clade of dinosaurs, the sauropods, Lego should really make a sauropod.
@@brickmotion6637 exactly my point!
liked n subbed also a cool lego dino would be carcharodontosaurus
Thank you for your support!
THEY LISTENED
I KNOW!!!!
1. Mosasaurus is a FISH (or an aquatic reptile)
2.We have an Brachiosaurus
3.Apatosaurus
I would love a sinoceratops and the stegosaurus set to come with a baby and the camper they drove in that would be so cool
That would be great!
We do need some nasutoceratops they appear in dominion and we need some sinoceratops
Love the outro music :)
Thanks, it’s Tropic Fuse - French Fuse!
Oh my imagine a lego spino
it would be amazing!
I got the spinosaurus lego, but not the 20s like, when it was Christmas i got the spinosaurus, and its not that bad😁
“Brontosaurus or Apatosaurus was the first dinosaur on big screen”. Me: bruh it was velociraptor at the beginning of the movie.
I guess we saw the raptors’ eye, I was more talking about the entire thing
I feel like 1 & 2 should be switched, because we have a Rex, indominus, indoraptor, raptors, and giga. BUT WE NEED THE ONLY REMAINING APEX PREDATOR!!!!
Yes, it was hard to choose between 1 and 2 for sure
@@AFOLsWelcome that’s ok
OMG you calling the brachiosaurus an apatosaurus or brontosaurus made me so mad XD
Yeah my fault my fault. Total mistake
honestly wish they'd make a lego version of the megalodon
That would be cool! It could go well in a monsters revamp or something!
We got a brachiosaurus
I knew many people said this already but the bronto/apato is actually brachiosaurus. And I totally agree the brachiosaurus is crazy iconic and needs to be in Lego form
Yeah My bad! I want to out a correction card up, but I can’t until I’ve been around longer. Oh well. Lesson learned - should have spent a few more minutes doing my research!
What I really want is slots like 1 2 3 4 and 5 so u can pick which one u want and it will spawn
Interesting idea!
Honestly I know you said it but I just really want a mosasaur it’s one of my favorites and I can think of a lot of sets that could be made with it
It would be awesome!
I want allosaurus in, due to the fact that it appeared in fallen kingdom, got a whole short film about it, has appeared in Lego magazines for jp and appeared on dominion.
There must be a lego mosasaur and spinosaur. That will be so awesome
They have older molds but not newer ones!
@@AFOLsWelcome these need a better version
@@TriceratoxEditz agreed!
i have been wanting all of these things
Amazing
Thank you!
Number 1 is Brachiosaurus and not apatosaurus. They even said it in the original jurassic park when Alan, Lex and Tim climbed on the big tree and saw the group of the Brachiosauruses.
Yes, my fault my fault!
All of them, we just need more dinosaurs.
Agreed!
I think we also need a Lego dreadnoughtus for JW Dominion
Oh that would be good too
allosaurus, pyroraptor and the infant t-rex from the lost world
I would also like to see the allosaurus from Legends of Isla Nublar
Yes!
They could also make an updated version of the white Indominus rex with these new arms of the grey one
I’d also like to see allosaurus and ceratosaurus, also the jp 3 raptors
Yea those would be great and the JP3 raptors would be really interesting
Honestly a crime that we got camp Cretaceous sets without an adult Bumpy
FR!
