Ive been in her place with a former boss. He made me cry and i quit two montha after. It destroys u inwards and out. Now i couldn't be happier.
Vanina has always shown herself to be a really good employee, so I think she's just had enough. I've been there. It's not worth sacrificing your sanity.

Either underpaid or workplace bullying, or both....
Vanina is crying and Jeff is sitting there like a cold fish. It's time for her to move on. Any employer would be delighted to have her.
and Jenni is acting just like Jeff she is cruel no need of her trying to have another baby because she will be raising his baby, when do jenni go home to her family I see why her first marriage didn't work their has to be other jobs that are more relaxing than Jeff Lewis business he does nothing but boss women around that is why he has another woman in the office name Taylor the assistant. He can't handle strong men that will put him in his place.
Its never enough for Jeff.
Vanina for years showed that she was always on top of her shit when it came to work. This time Jeff has an actual good employee who just can’t take his shit anymore.
Been in her shoes with my last job and when push comes to shove, glad I got out of there STAT! No job is worth it when you're unhappy.
I never understood why no one throws it back at Jeff. That episode where his client smacked that guy in the face at dinner would have been my last straw

Every relationship Jeff has ends with the other person hating him and leaving.
She's clearly praise motivated and those type of employees will get broken down by copious amounts of criticism. Jeff is aggressive and it's his business, but you can't successfully manage individuals the exact same way. You have to figure out what drives them and then you provide the motivation they need. Being a Type A personality, that was difficult for me to learn.

You may be right but it could just be that she wants him to at least acknowledge her hard work. Some employees do look for praise and those are the ones who need to learn how to deal with criticism when it comes their way. However, others just think it's not asking too much for their boss to pat them on the back every now and then or simply let them know how good of a job they're doing. A boss is supposed to value his or her employees.

Unfortunately we always are trapped by the $$$$. I feel for her. I did a job for 7 1/2 yrs.. Busted my ass and basically lived there, they ended up in the end cutting me. I should of took the other job offers from employers that saw my strength during that time. In the end I got 2 witness karma unfold on the group of individuals that made those yrs hell for me. Now in my current job I see my strength(s) & passion(s)! It was sour now sweet lesson & grateful, but I'm still dealing with the scars it left from time 2 time.
What a lovely girl. She doesn't deserve this.
During holidays and special events , everyone around Jeff's table will be on the payroll. No one will be there just to be with Jeff.

I have seen enough of this show to understand why it's so easy for people to not like Jeff Lewis. He can come off as a jerk much of the time and doesn't always treat his employees the best... especially those who actually do their job and work themselves to the bone to satisfy him.
