HOW TO MAKE A "PANIKA"

A video-tutorial on my "personal take" in making the traditional headpiece of the women in Bukidnon, Philippines.
It is my way of promoting their culture so as to raise awareness.
The process involved in the video is not authentic but it hopes to help creative people in making a headpiece that has a Philippine touch.
The video also aims to appreciate one of the aesthetics of the Philippines.
