Wow, gld to see someone si still using Talon loudspeakers. I had a pair of Hawks when they first came out. I traded them, but still have good memories of them.
Yes they are exceptional sounding speakers and built like tanks, I haven’t listened to anything under $75k that can touch them so imo I don’t find myself looking at any other speakers and I’m all set.
The Hawks are awesome, that whole lineup was very special, what are you using now?

@@SamuelBarrPhotography Thanks man i appreciate it. Yeah it’s my reference table , absolutely love it especially the combination with the Air Tight Cartridge. I still have my Marc Morin modded ARXA, I’ll do some videos with it in action soon.

@@SamuelBarrPhotography You are 100% correct it makes you connect closer to the music and each listen is an experience. For me it’s like a Time Machine taking me back to the place and times I was when the songs I play were hit on the radio. Imo music is the closest real thing we have to a Time Machine, well that and photography of course.

@@Audiofreak71 - My system is still in storage. The phono pre arrived this week. My storage units were hit twice and I lost a lot of electronics. They got my 30+ year old Technics turn table. I've found a replacement and will have it soon. Will set everything back up in the next place as I plan to move once the lease is up here. You won't believe what it costs to replace and upgrade that Technics turntable. Had I know that they would be that expensive, I would have brought four of them new and left them in the box. It cost me $250 for that turntable in Ramstein Air Bases' audio club store. Now, they start at $2,000+. Crazy.

Cool set up but it's not cool when you don't credit the musician with the music you are using.
