When she was caught laying on those tarps taking a nap, she should have been written up with disciplinary report, even Bosun, should have reported her behavior then. Like I said her swimming in the water while she was on service, was a fireable offense. Camille is just a user and if it's not fun, she's not interested.

Sandy said anymore pushback from Camille and she would be fired. Well that is exactly what she did when she walked past Hayley and Alissa when they just wanted to tell her about the ironing, first thing again out of her mouth was give me a second. See the thing is “push back” needs to be defined. Camille communicates everytime she isn’t ready to do something, needs more time, or needs a minute to regain composure or whatever before a task. How is her asking for a minute “pushback”? If it is or if she needs to be ready to work fast paced at every second if the day then that needs to be communicated but it seems to me everyone is mad at her because she doesn’t do things as soon as it comes out of their mouth or because she doesn’t have a cheesy smile on her face at all times to lyk she’s happy to be at work. It’s childish and she may be reacting childishly but that’s the environment they’re fostering by being bullies and hovering over a grown woman

It wasn’t push back at all. She just needed a minute to get there and that’s what she COMMUNICATED to HAYLEY. It was Alissa who made it a big deal and it was unnecessary for her to do so.
The back and forth that ensued is inexcusable and as a “leader” she should have said, “we’ll discuss this later when the guests aren’t around.”
Or better yet what she should have said was “…as long as it gets done by______, you’re good. Thank you.”
Fraser was only focus of getting the job done without addressing the problems. He should have addressed it in the 2nd charter. This is bec he 1) didn't want to deal with it 2) he didn't want to babysit Camille 3) he didn't have enough experience to be the chief steward. This was his 2nd. He said it himself that he was too buddy up with the last crew worried hurting their feelings. I have been in Alissa's shoes many time. If you are the only responsible person and had to pick up others work that is one thing but the attitude is the worst part. When you r trying to explain how to do it or even ask them to do the job, they would say you are not my boss, don't listen, more unnecessary arguments and then escalated to the boss. Sandy shouldn't ever had to step in like that as a captain if this was nip in the butt from the beginning. It is Fraser's job to stop them not suppose to let the captain even hear it. This would never happened if captain Lee was on board. He would send boat home right away. I feel for Alissa ❤️✊️. If she wasn't 2nd steward since Fraser didn't direct and said anything so that why Alissa did which made her the bad guy in Camille's eyes. Camille has the wrong idea about working on the yatch. People is on vacation not the worker especially not on charter.

That shown that he didn't respect Sandy the same as Lee. She is a temp captain but she is the current captain. Sandy experienced many crews as men questioned her authority that was why she told Fraser right away. Fraser needed to recognize his fault and apologized not blow up and walk away like a kid. Still on charter. He should had come and apologized to the guests about the disturbance.
Based on what she has said on camera about what she did in High School in relation to her principal, Camille appears to think her behaviour is ok. Being given legal instructions by someone in authority at work is not bullying, it is part of the job. Camille seems to resent anyone telling her to do anything. Like her or not, Alissa is in a position of authority, so Camille needs to stop snapping back like she does. If she feels Alissa is speaking badly to her, that's where she should be going to Fraser and not carrying on. Heck my old boss was a crusty old sod, and he could be tough but rarely ever abusive or bullying. You did what he ordered when he gave you a lawful instruction or you would lose your job. Camille looks like she's going to learn this the hard way.
If I was Alissa I would not have said anything to Lazy Camille I would let her fail. Alissa should not let Camille get under her skin. Frazer know Camille is lazy AF, why he acting surprised. Eating with your mouth open is nasty.
Totally agree with you, but I think Camille is pulling the wool over Capt. Sandy's eyes and as result will continue to get away with stuff even when she fails.

Sandy may be a great boat driver but she can't hack it in the leadership department. Her coddling of Camille and going outside the line of command has caused this. Remember when Camille went into the captain's cabin to pout and sulk and tried to kick out Alissa, who was actually WORKING? She seemed pretty comfortable taking advantage of the captain's private space.
Yes Captain Sandy can exhibit some actions on HR which you may question, but at the end of the day, temp or not, she is the BIG Boss. Everybody ultimately reports to her, so she does hvea the authority to speak to any crew member. As such she is not going outside the "line of command". In fact, if memory serves, the first instance she addressed Camille was when Fraser was off the boat doing a beach picnic.

Every season without fail, Captain Sandy tells people to “reset”. It makes me cringe, like dude they’re not computers! They’re people and will continue to behave in exactly the same way!
Sandy is one of the worst managers on this show. She inserts herself into petty issues (even though she pretends she doesn't like to), trying to make it look like she's the master problem-solver. The person at the top of the chain of command should not be dealing with these trivial issues, but of course she has to do her whole "I want to listen to all sides of this situation" shtick in order to give herself a huge pat on the back.

I think the biggest mistake in all this was Allysia taking on the role of Chief Stew when addressing Camille, that's not her job and that's why all this took a ugly turn. @gayle holmes Are we watching the same show?? I saw it very differently! But regardless of Camille's inappropriate behavior (which was compounded by Bravo's heavy handed editing to make her look EXTRA stupid--which will haunt her for years when looking for a job!), or the fact that Alyssa clearly has a better work ethic and is far better at her job, it all comes down to Fraser's lack of experience in the role of manager. Granted, they all said up front that he would be learning on the job (which Bravo LOVES), and he may have been worrying about their issues and interactions, but that is all he was doing. Worrying about what the staff was doing wrong, rather than managing the situation. This week's episode is basically only about the fact that he doesn't have the strength and lacks the experience of how to simply tell Camille enough is enough--you're fired! But it will be chalked up to being in the role for the first time, fair enough, but as someone who always has to do the firing bc none of my colleagues like to do it (as if I do??), it never gets easy! Fraser doesn't seem like the type who will ever be able to do it himself. Especially knowing the Captain will always be there to help take the heat.

Why does this happen with black crew members? They have allowed Camille’s bad behavior the whole season which should’ve been addressed day one. Camille is from Mississippi, notorious for racism. She clearly has a problem with taking direction from a black woman. Her tone is clearly different when communicating with the rest of the crew. I’m sad that Alissa is the sacrificial lamb for drama ratings. I’m also disappointed in Capt Sandy to think for one moment Camille’s behavior ever changed.

Fraser JUST told captain "This happens every charter", basically admitting that he has not dealt with the ongoing issue before it blew up to this point. Then when captain deals with it, he says to stop? Tf? We all can see truths in both of their arguments-- Camille is indeed lazy and a manipulator, and Alissa can certainly be condescending although she's a hard worker. But for me, the bigger issue here is Fraser.

She's going to dance around the issue and pull the "Well I didn't know what was really happening", "They should have come to me first", "The Cheif Stew should have been on top of it". I mean Sandy isn't an awful leader when it comes to running a boat but when it comes to personal conflicts she's just terrible. It's very apparent she's not a people perosn therefore she should have applied pressure on Fraser (who has been very passive on the conflict) to resolve the issue.

she wants to be the star - her hogging of camera time on the Med franchise is why I quit watching that show. She gets on my last nerve. So I finally went back and binge-watched Med since she came on here, and watched her totally destroy Hannah. She picked on Hannah, destroyed her self esteem and self confidence, criticized instead of supporting, until Hannah started to hate her job and having panic attacks. Eventually Hannah made the mistake of self-medicating. A better leader would have been better for Hannah.

This is a “Frazier problem”, HOWEVER this is his first time as chief stew and Sandy knows that. So, she should have been coaching HIM rather than Camille. That said, Frazier’s lack of experience managing people definitely led to this moment. But to me, Sandy is really a bad captain and could take some lessons in leadership from captain Glenn.

Camille definitely is lazy and gives attitude but honestly, I no longer think Alissa is innocent either. I think Alissa enjoys pushing Camille's buttons and getting a reaction out of her to make herself look better. But all in all, Fraser is the one to blame the most, unfortunately. He hasn't done much at all to address this ongoing conflict.
I would treat Camille like the child she is. I'm going to tell you once then I'm report you to mama Sandy and papa Fraser. I ain't arguing with no lazy childish adult.
Or her response to her childish behaviour makes her insecure about her own behaviour which causes her to lash out without taking accountability.
Camille is not an asset to her generation
Alyssa is a bully. I worked with persons like her, always using their ‘higher position to embarrass and put down. I had high hopes for Fraser seeing how hardworking he was as second stew last season but he’s not chief stew material
Worst crew ever expect for Rachel and Haley. Just fire Camille and Alissa and problem solved.
Sandy wants Camille to succeed so badly so she (Sandy) can take the win for turning her around, she cannot see that she (Camille) is only "showing" her that her attitude has changed by working in front of her and slacking off at other times. She showed poor leadership skills in her own show and I stopped watching that. I am disappointed that she is in this one and is messing things up again by taking sides (she may claim to be objective, but she is not). I thought that the fact that Camille actually said on the comms that she was given permission for a break and had to be called out by Sandy would have alerted Sandy to how manipulative Camille can be.
Why embrace one of the woman, the Steward is bias 😳. Captain Sandy is A BOSS.

Fraser unfortunately is a great stew but a very poor leader. He should've found out what was wrong.
Captain just took any power that Fraiser had of making camille do her job, by scolding him for no good reason. Captain Sandy failed big time.
Fraser had plenty of opportunities to try and sort this out. This is obviously not a new issue. He can't just step to the plate all of a sudden because Captain does.
@@shereeb6257 Camille caused all of that chaos, and she made not only herself look bad but it rubbed off on everyone else. She is the common denominator, of all the problems. Frasier should of never had to be her babysitter in the first place, and Sandy always comes in late and misinterpretes the situation. I can't wait to see how Sandy changes her tune when she sees Camille making fun of her.

If Alissa could’ve kept her attitude and baby-talk in check when talking to her superior she would’ve continued to be a great asset. Camille deserved to be fired and for many more reasons. But let’s not pretend Alissa wasn’t in the major wrong with her interactions with her dumbass boss.

This whole season is really ticking me off......I know when the tapes are reviewed both Sandy and the Chief stew are gonna see just how Camille played them both....now with that being said, I think Allysa needs to stop trying to be the chief stew and let him do the job.
I’m noticing a certain crowd is trying to “both sides” the issue and act like Alissa should be fired as well. The delusion of making this a both sides issue is just ridiculous

Man their both wrong however Aylssa is so passive aggressive! She didn't need to throw a threat on Camille, even Haley was OK with the wait just a second comment! Alyssa couldn't even muster a cheers back to the GUESTS! I don't care what just happened you acknowledge the guests with a smile or whatever! That was just rude of Alyssa all around!
