Not covered in the movie, but it’s heavily implied that Broccoli (Bukkorori) and Soketto are a couple in the LN. Kazuma sees Broccoli helplessly watch Sylvia target Soketto and Soketto prepares to sacrifice herself to save Broccoli with her ‘final attack’ (he also wonders if Soketto is Broccoli’s lover during that scene.) As Kazuma feels guilty and Sylvia prepares to take the attack, it turns out the attack was Teleport and Soketto peaces out. Broccoli gets off of the ground and it’s revealed he was acting, too and leaves. They also rescued Yun Yun together from Sylvia with Invisiblity and Teleport, instead of Yun Yun running away from Sylvia in the movie. She’s also part of his Crimson Demon Defense Force, despite having a job. It’s funny seeing him like this in the prequel, because he has some cool moments in the movie/LN. Also, since Broccoli is sorta Megumin’s brother and Kazuma impressed him with his intro in the movie, he already has the brother-in-law approval. Slight changes from the LN, Soketto blocked Inferno with water magic, so she wasn’t hurt nor angry at him and Broccoli gives more info about her, informing the viewer that she trains a lot and is a skilled fighter. Also, Book 5/the movie explains that Invisiblity is less effective when you’re closer to the user, so that’s why she saw Broccoli when he got too close. The One Punch Bears are a reference, but there will be a Pokémon reference next episode, so wonder if you guys will recognize the monster.
16:46- Well, her mana pool does increase (I don't know if it's by level, skill point spending, or both), but as she levels up EXPLOSION the mana cost of it goes up. So she can always cast it only once because she keeps upping the power.

It was Megumin, not Darkness. Megumin wanted to, because she wanted to test whose ‘one hit attack’ was stronger.
