Defiance is a beautiful example of the Grand Banks 45 Eastbay SX, she was built new by her current owners after owning an Eastbay 38 and cruising her extensively for 9 years. She has an excellent layout with the galley down, large master with center island berth, a head with separate shower stall, and lounge/office area that converts into a spacious second stateroom.
She is very well equipped with a watermaker, Glendinning cablemaster, and custom cockpit seating with 2 custom refrigerators. The pilothouse is light and bright with tons of seating, large windows, a sunroof and 2 electric opening windows. Defiance has been well-maintained by her knowledgeable owners including annual varnish, annual Imron clearcoat on the topsides, and full cooler service in 2019.
Defiance has new bottom paint and zincs, she is in the water, fully serviced and ready to cruise immediately.

Always surprise by how much you can jam into boat. You can live on this permanently. The seating below deck is a waste. You have that top deck. I would put a bigger frig there and pantry.

It would cost fifty thousand dollars just for the unit, fitting who knows, big money, if you want stabilizers best buy a boat that already has them fitted, or of course a seakeeper, that way someone else took the brunt of the cost.
